Great service and better quality ingredients than your average Chinese Restaurant. My son is gluten free and it's one of the few places that will make Chinese food gluten free. This is incidentally my Mother's fairies Chinese restaurant; she orders the Sautéed Shrimp Every. Single. Time!

I can't leave enough stars... CONSISTANTLY Awesome! The atmosphere is a mix of modern cool with the comfort of grandmas house. The menu is diverse enough to handle everything from gluten free to meat lovers. It tastes so good, it literally created new tastebuds. The staff is equally as cool and awesome as the food and atmosphere.

First off, the prices are kind of insane. Individually priced items are okay, but the all you can eat for adults is $30 but under 10 and over 65 is only $5 less. Make that one make sense. 20% gratuity included. Regardless of that, and the lackluster quality of food/ the amount of non-options for children was disappointing. Aside from gluten alergies, they gave ignorant (not as in stupid) responses for alternatives for an egg allergy. I will not be returning.

Some places have good food, some places have good atmosphere, the Morning Story-Marion has both. I have dined here a number of times, quite a number, actually😉 This breakfast & lunch restaurant is bright, bustling, and brand new (in Marion, Iowa since Nov 2021). They have a sophisticated, modern menu with a SW vibe. This is definitely not an old school diner, offering items like a Mimosa Fried Chicken Benedict or the equally scrumptious Green Chili Chicken Hash. I have had perhaps 10 dishes from the breakfast menu and have never been even slightly disappointed. The dishes are generous and will provide yummy leftovers for many patrons. The lunch menu is also full of delectable choices, from sandwiches like burgers, a club, tenderloin, and philly to fresh salads and the always popular half-n-half combo. I had a fantastic breakfast with my partner recently, our choices being the gluten-free Oatmeal Pancakes, with Rolled Oats, Strawberries, Blueberries, Agave Nectar, Blueberry Compote, and Powdered Sugar. Available also as a combo with eggs and a choice of meat. The second dish was the Breakfast Quesadilla with Scrambled Eggs, Diced Bacon, Roasted Onion, Green Peppers, Cheddar Jack Cheese, Jalapeño Cream Cheese, Fresh Herbs, Salsa Roja. Both dishes were incredibly tasty, made fast and fresh with high-quality ingredients and bursting with flavor. Enough about the food, no mention of this place would be complete without mentioning the hustling, professional, and super friendly staff. One can not help but feel as though every visit is a get-together with good friends. Every staff member on every visit has been smiling, chatty, and genuinely welcoming. The manager (who is a star) not only circulates the dining room constantly, assuring everything is going perfectly, but also somehow finds time to speak to all of the customers in this very busy restaurant in an unhurried way that never ceases to amaze me. They came recommended when I was looking for Gluten Free goodies for a friends birthday. They had such a variety! That was back in July. This past week I reached out for a custom doggie birthday cake, pupcakes and cake pops (for people) to celebrate my dog’s first birthday. Everything looked amazing. The dogs and humans enjoyed their treats.

We have tried a variety of their bakery items & they are all wonderful! We especially like the cinnamon rolls & scotcharoos! The staff is great and so helpful and friendly! They are the best! We also LOVE that they offer gluten free items for those times that we need them! Thank you Kettel House!❤️

Staff was great, and the atmosphere was light and airy, decorated for Christmas. Food is outstanding. I'll find a reason to return soon! _____ My most recent trip today was a little disappointing. I ordered 1/2 & 1/2. Chicken Pot Pie soup and 1/2 BLTA on gluten-free bread. Some parts of the bacon pieces were overcooked/burnt. The sandwich tasted just ok. I also ordered a GF raspberry & peanut butter dessert that was just meh. Everyone is entitled to an "off" day... Service and atmosphere were still great, so I'll stop in again and try other dishes. I didn't take pictures today, but I wish I would have.

Do not eat here if you are Celiac! They do not take any precautions on preparing your food safely. There is no gluten free menu. While Pad Thai is made with rice noodles and is typically safe, theirs is not. Sick for two days after eating there! Stay away if you are Celiac!

Went here yesterday afternoon and it was delicious. My daughter and fiancé got the jalapeño bacon fries minus jalapeño and Korean kimchi bbq fries and said they were amazing. My son and I are super sensitive to gluten. I got the chili cheese fries and he got the bbq pulled pork fries, they were awesome. We also had no problem with a reaction afterwards. Highly recommend for a quick snack and for gluten free. We will definitely be back!!

Got the gluten-free veggie pizza and swapped out the broccoli for sauerkraut it was incredibly delicious the crust is super thin and crispy and the flavors were awesome we also tried the gluten-free taco and that one was quite delicious as well

I love love love the smoothie here and go atleast once a week, also a favorite of other family members. I will not stop going however I stopped in tonight and ordered my usual smoothie which includes kale. The person did not use the tongs to put the kale in with their bare hands. My first thought was I can't have gluten and they may have made a sandwich before hand , my 2nd thought was influenza A going around among other things. They had gone in the kitchen and the other employee went to finish my smoothie and I asked if they could make me another one and use the tongs please. I was told "just so you know they wash their hands between smoothies." I can overlook the comment but I have never seen them wash their hands, with soap, not just rinsing out blenders, but they take your order touching the screen that many customers also touch not to mention handling cash. I think it was just an overlook and I am not mentioning gender/names on purpose as it is normally a very friendly upbeat place in addition to being very fast! I will continue to go back!! Just wanted to let employees know it's super important to always use utensils.
