Latanya did our wedding cakes, and she knocked it out of the park! She gave us 6 cakes in total for a very reasonable price and provided a variation of flavors for everyone to enjoy. She really went the extra mile by making several of the cakes gluten free as I am gluten intolerant. The guests raved about the cakes and one guest remarked that he could not taste the difference between the gluten and gluten free cakes! Another guest had 4 servings, they were so good. Latanya provided excellent service and was a joy to work with. Her designs were lovely and she incorporated fresh flowers into the cake. We will be using her again in the future.
Amidst the hustle, you’ll find attentive service that shines with personalized recommendations, ensuring a satisfying visit every time.

Went in when they were busy, took mom and she is gluten free. They stopped what they were doing and helped her select a wonderful salad bowl with mushrooms. She was very happy

The food is amazing, staff are friendly and wait times (in my experience) are never horrible. Even during peak dinner hour, it never takes long to get a table or get your food. There are a few gluten free options (which I have to eat because I have Celiac) and those options are divine and haven’t made me sick. Very satisfied with the service I’ve had there, yesterday made it my second visit!
A joy for families, offering ample seating, kids' play areas, and vegan delights - a local gem.

The coffee is great and the staff is friendly. I am gluten free and unable to eat the snacks, but my daughter loves the donuts...and everything else she's tried from here.
So excited to have found this gem, if you're in Goldsboro you have to stop here! Great craft beer selection but now I've cut gluten which is a total bummer but they have such a great cider selection too!!! Totally made my heart happy because I miss all the craft beer choices. Their GF pizza was delicious. We'll all definitely be back!
Highly recommended. Friendly staff and excellent service. Great selection of sandwiches, wraps, salads, and spuds. Gluten-free and vegetarian options available. Servings are big, but they have half-orders that are the perfect size.
Our bunch enjoyed a delicios reuben sandwich and yummy fire roasted veggie soup, and a McAlister wrap with tasty honey mustard dressing that was loaded with fresh veggies.
Great music playing in the background and at just the right volume for a quiet lunch where you can talk. 😎
Enjoy a unique dining experience with generous portions and helpful staff, perfect for discovering new flavors in Goldsboro.

First off, let me add how welcoming the employees are at Bateeni are, I’ve never had this type of food before and I was unsure of what to get but they answered each one of my questions with excellent customer service! Honestly, this is the best food I’ve had in Goldsboro in a very very long time. I have a gluten allergy and it’s typically hard for me to eat other places around Goldsboro without having to sacrifice something, but with Bateeni, I can have almost everything on the menu! It not only tastes amazing but is also so healthy for you, which is a definite plus!! They also seem to give sooo much food, they’re definitely looking out for their customers. I recommend the gyro plate with whatever sides you’d like or the chicken shawarma! I haven’t tried everything they have yet but I will certainly be going back for more (:
Heard about the new pizza place on Center Street and had to take it in. Wonderful and friendly staff. Pizza is perfect balance of sauce and bread. They do have a gluten free option but not as large as regular pizza.
With a fresh, modern vibe and tons of customizable options, this spot is a go-to for quick, tasty eats and generous portions.

Since it was a national holiday, I had some trouble finding a local restaurant that was open. So I switched my focus to finding a chain restaurant that still offered healthy options. Panera immediately came to mind.
I opened the app to place my order and was impressed by all of the new menu items that I was not aware of, many of which were vegetarian. I received a text message when our order was ready. When I arrived at the restaurant, my name was verified and I received my order quickly. The restaurant was clean and the decor felt modern.
I opted for the Green Goddess Caprese Melt with added cucumbers. The portion size was very generous. In fact, I could only finish half of it, along with my bag of chips. It was very flavorful. I would definitely order it again.
My son, who is gluten-free, ordered the Baja Bowl with Chicken. I appreciate how Panera easily allows you to customize your order to your liking. There was also an allergy warning sticker on top, which gave me an additional level of comfort.
I would definitely return in the future!
The Burger was delicious, and the waitress was very helpful and accommodating. For gluten free folk: the soy sauce all has wheat, but they have lettuce wrap or rice buns for the burgers.
Wish they had vegan cheese and mayonnaise..and a gluten free bun then it will be perfect. The place is clean great people and very professional and kind.
I'm gluten free so my selection of food wasn't huge. The pork BBQ and ribs were delicious. Good selection of veggies and the yams were great. Nice salad bar. No desserts I could eat.
Exceptional attention to detail ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for those looking for a careful dining option.

We have gluten insensitivity and were excited to find out about OG’s gluten free pasta. We made a take out order, noting no gluten. When we arrived to pick it up, everyone was really nice and took extra precautions to make sure our meals were gluten free. Our meal boxes even had noted for employees to wash their hands use clean tools when handling our food. Thank you!!
