We drove an hour and 15 minutes to eat at Two Frogs for New Years Eve. We used Google reservations and our table was ready the minute we arrived. This was our second time being there. This time, we had 4 out of 5 family members with gluten sensitivity. Rickey, our server made sure we knew what was safe and everyone enjoyed their meal without any issues. We loved the food and my husband really enjoyed the frog leg experience! Rickey was a lot of fun, never let our drinks sit dry, and took care of all our needs before we even asked. We loved getting our appetizers so fast after the drive. My kids enjoyed their giant cotton candy so much. We highly recommend this fun little stop in Ardmore, OK!!

It's already set up for the type of establishment to serve it (less than 24-hour fresh seafood deliveries, recipes from scratch, local sources, etc), so why not add healthier options for grass-fed and -finished beef, bison, high-omega-3 free-range eggs, wild-caught Alaskan salmon, and pole- and -line or troll-caught fish? Some organic wines and more Oklahoma breweries (including gluten-free beer) would also be great additions! That would easily raise reviews to five stars.

True gluten-free availability. Just ask for a manager. A family member has celiac, and being able to eat out is limited, not to mention the food is delicious and staff has always been friendly.

We had a great experience. Garrett was our server and he was extremely friendly and helpful! The food was delicious and there is a gluten free menu with lots of options. All the smoked meats and sauces are gluten free and several sides too. The pulled pork and potato salad were so tasty!
