Ok so first of all, this is one of my fave places to eat in Dripping. And one of the few that has really good Gluten Free Options, but that isn't why I am writing this review.
We contacted RTD to help with some of our wedding catering. We had Rolling in Thyme and Dough make some frittatas and fruit trays for us as we got ready. They were great. But the best part is we got their gluten free lavender brownies and their gluten free double espresso toffee walnut cookies to have some gluten free desserts. They were a “mini” size in comparison to what they serve in their restaurant and thank goodness because we would have all been rolling on the floor from being stuffed with the deliciousness. I’m sure their non gluten free baked goods are good, but I have never had them and do not feel like I am missing out when I eat their GF choices. Both these desserts are so so good and people who aren’t GF didn’t realize they were. Please please do yourself a favor if you need gluten free desserts and get in touch with Rolling in Thyme and Dough!
No really, when I learned I need to eat gluten free, I thought I would never have a good brownie again. This brownie proves that isn't true because it is better than any brownie I had ever had before.

We love their pizza and their team is wonderful! You can’t just tell this is a wholesome place from the moment you step in. Their dairy and gluten free pizza option is our absolute favorite! So glad they’re out DS go to pizza spot. Highly recommend!

Gluten Free people warned. Don’t come late at night to pizza cave. They ran out of gluten free crust and have limited options for eating. Don’t come here! They give the option for gluten free but can’t even serve it.They should be prepared for more than just a couple doughs. Poor service and they lost me as a customer and I couldn’t even try the food. I would recommend nothing

My wife & I have been here 3-4 times. Food always solid - lots of flavor, fresh ingredients. Family run & owned - service excellent. Also an option for gluten-free naan - much appreciated!
The DS area is sorely in need of more choices than burgers, pizza & BBQ - step out of your comfort zone.
A high-quality spot with a playground, splash pad, and cozy indoor/outdoor seating, perfect for unwinding after outdoor adventures.

A restaurant of very high quality. Perfect place for my family after hiking in Pedernales Falls state park. They had a lot of gluten free food, also had indoor and outdoor seating, and a playground with a splash pad. The iced tea was also good.
Indulge in a menu with unique options like cornmeal-battered fish and supreme nachos topped with brisket, all in a cozy vibe.

My father and I eat gluten free, and we were told that the fish was all battered in corn meal and fried in a separate fryer from the wings, which are coated in flour. We also were able to eat the supreme nachos with brisket on top and fries. Yummy!
Oh my gosh!! One of my clients gave me a gluten free apple pie. Wonderful. Taste: wonderful. Texture of the crust and filling: perfect. My daughter and I have been unable to eat gluten and we've gone without 11 years. We usually just bake our own: apricot glazed cheesecake, apple pie, and berry pie for Christmas, for example. So we know our stuff. Tootie has it down. The price, for the size and quality of the pie we had, is a bargain. Yes, you can get a pie at half the price from HEB, or same price from La Madeline, but the taste, texture, and size won't even come close. The pic is of a re-heat the day after we dug in. Addicted.
