I would give Pizza Birra Vino a 10 out of 5 if Google would let me. Hands down the best gluten free pizza I have ever had in my life, anywhere! Just absolutely delicious, as is everything else they make. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and no detail is spared with their food. Customer service is also top notch. This place has the best pizza in houston hands down. I come here often and they’re always consistent. The dough is ON POINT! Been to the best pizzeria in the world in Naples, Italy and I can confidently say that Pizaro’s is up there with them. Even the gluten free option is fantastic. Very easy menu to follow and the customer service is unmatched. 10/10 recommend. My only suggestion is that they change their open hours to be 24/7. Haha

I had the Thai ribs and my wife had the salmon. Told a waiter my wife had a gluten issue. He changed her order to include a side of cauliflower instead of the wheat based grain. Everything came out hot and fresh straight from the kitchen to your table. No wait time flavors were amazing. Portions were huge definitely could’ve shared either one of our plates had old fashions to drink mixed perfectly. Had the cheesecake for dessert, light fluffy, no crust or flakes and not a sweet dessert perfect for after dinner Definitely recommend this for a date night or even a family gather.

I just moved here and this place had great reviews. I am so disappointed! Barely any toppings. hardly and sauce or cheese, the pie was almost dry, see photo, terrible cheese quality. Bare bones bland non-Italian pizza. It was a $28 - 12” pie! This is a sad excuse for a Pizza, never again!

The best pasta in Houston, without a doubt. The appetizers, salads and desserts are also delicious, but the pasta is the real star of the show. Every time I go, I have a hard time deciding which one to order because they’re all so tempting.
What makes it even better is that they offer gluten-free pasta, and there’s no risk of cross-contamination. The staff is well-informed about which dishes are gluten-free and provides excellent recommendations.
