I dined in with my boyfriend. Ms Tay took care of us. She got my double hash brown instead toast. Tay was very nice and accommodating with my gluten allergies. Made us feel welcomed. Food came fast and fresh.
The first US spot serves up delicious, tender chicken with authentic family recipes and a refreshing twist of homemade horchata and vibrant salsas!

This is the first US location! The chicken was absolutely delicious! I prefer it over Pollos Asados los Nortenos, but equal to Super Pollos Asados (both are on Walzem).
Pollo Pepe is great for gluten free, but not positive about celiac-safe prep area. The chicken, charro beans, Mexican rice, and cole slaw are all GF. There is no dedicated fryer, and so the homemade tortilla chips are not celiac-safe. They include chips on the plate, which I didn't know. My husband happily devoured them.
I had a thigh and a drumstick with charro beans. Both were fantastic! Their red salsa was basically diced tomatoes, was very fresh-tasting, but it's not my favorite condiment. However, ask for their green salsa--it's mouthwateringly delicious! My husband said the Mexican rice was just ok.
It's obvious they butcher whole roasted chickens. The size of their meat portions are definitely smaller, but it was just the right amount of food for both my husband and I. We were satisfied, and not stuffed.
They have a fridge full of Mexican sodas, and a handful of "the usual" (Coke, Sprite are all I noticed). The manager said the horchata is made on location, and it was delicious. Pretty much everything is made with old family recipes.
Dine in or drive through available.
So excited for their new gluten free options! The gf pancakes were amazing!!! Service can be a bit slow, but their staff is usually very friendly and accommodating.
Not sure what the breakdown is in the system but what used to be exemplary, reliable service, now has points of failure somewhere. It's multiple times now that half of our order has been wrong at this location. And it's always my little girl's order (who can only eat the Gluten-free chicken) that we find is wrong upon opening the order in home. What's going wrong here guys? Chick-fil-A is better than this. It's unacceptable. Slow down. Listen. And triple check the orders before hand-off.
Enjoy a fun vibe with a variety of great options that'll keep you coming back for more, even if the rewards program could use some tweaking.

We’ve tried several items from Marco’s and it’s all been great. They have Gluten Free pizza that is much better than Domino’s or anywhere else that I’ve tried. We will be going back. Their rewards club doesn’t work though .
