I understand that gluten free pizza is tricky but I’d expect more from a $20 price tag. The burnt ends are normal for pizza but with cauliflower crust, it turns into a cracker.
Expect attentive service with a personal touch and a vibe that makes you feel valued, all while enjoying delicious options.

Very mid hamburgers and fries. I liked the gluten free bun, though. It was one of the best I’ve had.
It seemed like everything was seasoned in a way that was supposed to make it taste more complex or something, but instead the food was just “off” or overwhelmed with stuff. I don’t think I’d recommend this place, which is weird because like everyone I’ve mentioned it to has raved about how great it is. Maybe Utah burgers just suck?
With great music vibes and tasty cheese steaks, this spot offers a unique protein-style option for a satisfying experience.

I've always loved the cheese steaks, but I especially have to thank them for offering a 'protein style' for gluten-free customers. Not quite the same experience without the roll, but 5 star food all the same. (Also, the Riverwoods location always seems to have really good music playing.)
Very frustrated with my experience at Shoots. Have been to the restaurant 3 times now. Really enjoy the food and appreciate the gluten free options. We've ordered takeaway once before, and were disappointed with the portions as they were significantly smaller than the in person portions even with the same price entrees. Was at the Riverwoods today and decided to give their takeaway another try. The restaurant was mostly empty so I made a point to order an extra (and extra expensive) dish to try to help a local business. When the order came out, checked the boxes to make sure everything was there and commented to the waitress that the "side of broccoli" with the firecracker chicken looked like literally one piece of broccoli that had been cut into 3 pieces to look like more. She tried to explain away that it was supposed to just be garnish when the menu says specifically the dish comes with a side of broccoli. Then double checked that the rice was for the 2 dishes we'd ordered that were supposed to come with rice and she said yes even though the portion looked barely enough for 2 people. So I asked for extra lettuce thinking that my more expensive order and generous tip would be sufficient to be able to spare some extra iceberg lettuce and she checked with the kitchen and then told me I'd have to pay extra if I wanted any. Good thing I didn't get any extra lettuce anyway because the portions for the $10 chicken lettuce wraps were only enough for about 3 wraps. It seems absurd that a $50 meal made of 3 entrees would not be enough portion wise to feed 2 average adults and one 2 year old. If you're wondering, the $18 honey walnut shrimp is no exemption to the tiny portions. Good food, would love to see this local business thrive and also treat their customers better, with a more generous mindset. Probably will not be coming back.
