I booked a table for my friends birthday celebrations.
I am coeliac, so we had the Gluten free afternoon tea. I know from experience that Leanne is careful and reduces the chances of cross contamination in her kitchen. I have eaten here before and she works hard to include everyone can enjoy food there. She is knowledgeable and understands the risks.
I took in some decorations for the table before we arrived and they were happy to put them out for me. What can I say, the table looked beautiful and we were really looked after! It's so friendly, cheerful and cosy. My friend really enjoyed it.
Fantastic gluten free scones (I can actually say, the best I've ever had!) gorgeous cakes and sandwiches. There was so much we brought cake home too!
We had a fab time. 5 stars all round! Before I forget, dog friendly too!

The culinary offerings were exceptional and among the best I have experienced in quite some time. The establishment provided a dedicated gluten-free menu. I chose a tomato salad, patatas bravas, Spanish tortilla, butternut squash, and pesto. My friend, who consumes meat, selected croquettes and meatballs; however, I cannot confirm whether these items were gluten-free, as I did not partake in eating them.
The total cost was £50 for six tapas dishes and two non-alcoholic beverages, which I found to be very reasonable given the high quality of the food.
I must express my sincere appreciation for the experience and look forward to returning in the near future.

We stayed there by chance because our flight was cancelled. We arrived exhausted after a full day at Manchester Airport, where the airline Jet2 literally left us stranded without a flight or accommodation, even though we had a person in a delicate condition.
At the hotel they welcomed us very well (Yvonne) and were very kind in booking a taxi for the next day to the airport.
The surprise came the next morning with Greta, who spoke Spanish and was charming at all times, showing special deference to us and empathizing with the complicated situation in which we found ourselves.
I wish other companies would learn from the magnificent customer service of the staff at this hotel.
By the way, they had gluten-free bread, which is appreciated!!

Lovely bar with great options. Needs clearly labelled gluten free beers and for drinks to be labelled if vegan. They have lots of board games and delicious cocktails. I highly recommend. The staff there were so lovely. Inside it is wheelchair accessible, with a wheelchair accessible toilet and ramp to the lower floor, however there is a small step at the front that may be a struggle. I think my electric wheelchair could get up it but perhaps not a manual wheelchair.
