Staff were attentive and friendly. The food was great and the value for money is really good. As a coeliac I’m most comfortable with Indian cuisine and they have a detailed menu that shows allergens. Because of this where I wouldn’t normally order certain sides they got extra business from me as I felt really confident in what I was ordering and what it contained so had an extra couple of sides.

I booked afternoon tea for 6 people, 1 gluten free and 1 gluten and dairy free, they catered for us all. The food was very good, with a good selection of savoury and sweet items. The waitress was lovely and very attentive. We will be going back to try the evening meal. Thank you to all the staff, first class all round. I would definitely recommend you try this lovely restaurant.

Fabulous traditional pub. No loud music, just the noise of convivial chatter. Sunday roast beef was excellent. Very tasty, enhanced by a really strong horseradish sauce. Gluten free diners and drinkers catered for, with a selection of GF ales on offer. Loyalty discount scheme available on a Wednesday.

We had the most amazing experience at Mia Famiglia, a family owned Italian Restaurant, just a few minutes from the heart of Malmsbury. As a family with dietary needs (our 2-year old daughter has Coeliac Disease) we are all strictly gluten-free.
Mia Famiglia's menu was a pleasant surprise, offering a variety of delicious dishes that could be easily adapted to be gluten-free. We enjoyed pizza, pasta, and risotto—all gluten-free—and honestly, you couldn’t even tell the difference. Everything was full of flavor, cooked perfectly, and beautifully presented.
The portions were generous, the service was friendly and attentive, and the food itself was some of the best Italian we’ve had in years. Authentic, hearty, and satisfying.
If you're looking for truly wholesome, delicious Italian food with great gluten-free options, I couldn’t recommend Mia Famiglia more highly. A real gem!
