They have gluten free pastries and dairy free though when I was there they only had one that was both --an almond muffin. It had a great flavor but was very dense. My glutenphiles loved their pastries.

Was so so good. We ended up getting the gluten free options and the chicken wings and they were absolutely delicious. And very dog friendly outside area. Can't wait to go back.

Pizza was mediocre for the price. Paid $50 for 1 small pizza and a drink… lol. But was gluten free and vegan. Honestly only worth it if you had food allergies and can’t eat real pizza (although they are not celiac friendly- everything is cooked in the same oil). Was very bland and sad and not worth $50. Not all Vegan food needs to be this depressing guys 😢

Their gluten free pizza has always been a consistently delicious end to a day on the slopes. The crust is thin and crunchy but done in a way that gives it good texture. Highly recommended!

Got the chilaquiles, harvest bowl, gluten free donut, and some drip coffees. Everything was SO DELICIOUS. That harvest bowl was moist and flavorful, the chilaquiles had such a delicious and tender pork green Chile and balance. So so so good and the staff is so friendly! We can't wait to go back!

Great food and service. They have some gluten free options, with a dedicated fryer. I had the beet salad with chips.

If you are gluten intolerant and you order food that is gluten free, don't expect gluten free food. Took a friend to Asia Station twice, twice she got sick from eating food that probably contained gluten. I on the other hand felt fine from what I age (I'm not gluten intolerant) and enjoyed the food. Subsequent to these two visits, we went to another dine in restaurant in Flagstaff, ordered gluten free food, she felt fine. What is very annoying, when I confronted the owner of Asia Station about the matter, he didn't listen to connect and understand, dismissing my concerns entirely. He had a very domineering personality.

This quaint little spot is a favorite of mine. I often get the crispy rice bowl. The real star of the show is their coffees. While prices for food might seem a little high, the coffee is worth every penny. Overall, the food is fresh and well cooked. I have a gluten allergy and their rice bowl hits the spot every time. My husband gets the burrito and is always satisfied!

To say that I am disappointed is an understatement... We have been coming to Tinderbox Kitchen since 2011 and have been dining there every time we are in Flagstaff. We drive almost 3 hours. We made a reservation a month ago to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we were called by the owner, Nick, the day before to let us know they had a private event going on and we would need to either cancel our reservation OR they could see us at their sister location, Teatro, at the same time as the original reservation. I am gluten free... I do not normally eat Italian, but, Nick said, "You will be well taken care of" so we decided to try it out. We did a little research on Teatro and they are known for their superior service and wine knowledge which we were excited about. Our experience was average. The hostess asked if it was our anniversary and we said "Yes". Our server was fine but at no time provided any guidance on wine, any info on the food, basically average. The food was fine, I could only pick from half of the menu and they were accommodating with a pasta substitution so I could eat. The manager never approached our table, even though he was wandering around, to say anything about our issue with Tinderbox. When we received the bill, there was no acknowledgment of our inconvenience or any kind of compensation. Now, I am not expecting our meal to be free, but I was thinking a dessert? Appetizer? Something to say, "Hey, thanks for staying with our group of restaurants and spending $250 on food that wasn't your first or second choice on a pretty important night." Had the manager even just said anything, a thank you, Happy Anniversary, anything, we would not be so upset.. I just thought THAT Place Projects would be a little more professional and upscale. As someone who eats gluten-free and dairy-free, I took a risk trying the sourdough crust (not GF) and was thrilled that my body handled it well - the pizza was delicious! The quality is five-star worthy. That said, a few things could make the experience better: -White Wine Selection: The by-the-glass options for white wine are pretty limited and they were very acidic. -Vegan Cheese Upcharge: It feels unfair to charge extra for vegan cheese when I’m already removing three dairy cheeses from the pizza. The upcharge comes across as tacky, especially for those with dietary restrictions.

We had a very enjoyable meal here at lunchtime. Excellent quality food and service. In particular, 2 of our party are gluten free which can often mean limited options. Not here, and they said the buns were the best they had eaten.
