I have celiac and the menu is somewhat labeled with gluten free options, however the server was unsure about if their chips were fried in a shared fryer. I asked him to check with the kitchen and he didn’t - kept saying “should be fine to eat”. Regardless the meal I got was delicious.

Great empanadas! First time here. I ordered online, went and picked it up. Looked good. Tasted good. I ordered 1 chicken 1 beef 1 pork 1 gluten free and 1 potato ball. The gluten free one was pretty good. Different than the more bready non gluten free ones, but decent. The chicken one was filled with chicken. They are about the size of my whole hand, so a good size. I ate the whole chicken one, half of the potato ball and half of the gluten free and was pretty full. The desserts looked amazing but I didn't try them. Maybe next time!

A very good vegan place. They have a lot of options for Gluten free, soy free as well. The staff is very helpful as well. They are located at a nice place as well. A little pricey I would say. You should definitely try the strawberry lemonade.

Went to order takeout and we had questions about their gluten free content which Mary was super helpful with. Their orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, and Singapore noodles were amazing. Highly recommend

My favorite grocery store in Long Beach. They have all of my favorite brands. I stop here almost every day that I’m in town. They have a great selection of gluten-free and dairy-free products. I love their deli area. It’s a great place to come to pick up pre-made healthy cold salads for dinner!

Delicious food! What I appreciated most is that they were diligent in addressing a gluten allergy in my family. In addition to having allergies checkable on the ordering website, they also called me to ensure I knew that some of the items we ordered were not gluten free. It made us feel very very safe in ordering with a good allergy!
