Tonight was my first time eating at Pieology. We visited this location because I have a Gluten allergy and was craving pizza. Not only do they have a Gluten free crust but they were very cautious about cross contamination! They were friendly and knowledgeable and my pizza was delicious!!! I highly recommend this location.

I really enjoyed the vibe on the inside of this restaurant. Everything looked so cool with the old feel. I liked how they had a train car inside that you can eat in. The food was really good. We eat gluten free and are fortunate that we are not the "avoid gluten at all costs" type people. We both had gluten free pasta for the Spice Spaghetti Vasuvius and that was really good. I would come back to have that again. The spumoni ice cream was a great topper to a wonderful meal. I did have one of their signature cocktails and it was good.

Food is decent. My Main complaint is the dough/crust. It's not the best by far, and the gluten free crust is even worse when warming up. but the locations are convenient. Topping are all good and plenty to choose from. Service was fast as a new person was being trained and wasn't told to watch to look for ppl in line. Though there was a supervisor who should have also kept an eye on us instead of JUST the pizzas. But over all good experience.

The food is amazing. I am allergic to gluten and dairy- they are able to accommodate almost everything for me gluten free and dairy free (including the calamari!) And you can’t even tell! It’s so delicious. This is our favorite restaurant. Highly recommend them. Wait might takes long because they actually cook the food, but it’s so worth it. They really care about good quality and healthy food, while making it delicious.

Very nice staff. We ordered pick up, and he gave us soda for while we waited.
We also asked about how they cook their gluten free pizzas (because my dad is fully allergic) and they say they're really safe on cross contamination (pizza placed on separate baking sheet, clean cutting board, clean pizza cutter). Definitely going to get him a GF pizza next time.
The food is good, but the value isn't ($40 for a medium pizza and breadsticks).

I travel a lot. I put on a lot of miles on my car and I have to eat out and I'm gluten-free so I Try to Find restaurants that are Clean and healthy and this 1 is 1 of those. The service was fast. The place was one of the cleanest restaurants I've seen in a long time. And the service was very nice. Very pleasant and polite. I would highly recommend them as a way to get fast food that is good and inexpensive.
It's usually a quite place except during lunch hour during work days. If you are looking for a quite place to have lunch on a work day this is probably not the best place. The food is AMAZING!! I love their sweet potato fries which are delicious and gluten-free plus they will do a lettuce rap instead of a bun.
