Bouchon has a gluten free fryer so you can have their truffle fries which are a personal favorite.
Many of their options are gluten free or can be made gluten free. I’m a sucker for the gluten free French opinion soup and their warm goat cheese salad.
Also, let them know of your allergy/celiac when you go in so they can help they are super knowledgeable.
Best place to eat here is at the bar!

I was dining alone. Service was good. I ordered a cocktail, it was ok, nothing specai flavors were muted, expensive $18. Had a Caesar salad. It was whole leaf little gem lettuce. I do not like having to cut my lettuce. The salad was very under dressed and the lettuce a bit bitter. I had the rabbit pasta gluten-free. It was VERY undercooked. I would have sent it back but did not want to wait another 15 minutes or more for a new one. The meal leasted over 1 hr, and they were not busy

Bistro Jeanty is good amount helping make modifications. For the Sole Meunière which is one of my favorites they remove the flour dusting.
Their Creme brûlée is one of the best desserts in the valley—pair with champagne!
