Lovely place with gluten free & vegan options. I tried the coconut key lime cookie large enough for two. Wow! The flavor! I also tried their special cappuccino; hot or cold. (see my pic). Wow again. Very nice! I am going back to get another one today before I leave the area. Seating in and out is very nice.
The best restaurants are located in the most unassuming corner of a shopping complex, and this restaurant fits that description. From outside it's not much of a looker aside from a few patio tables, but do not let that fool you. The interior is classy, and it shows the owners took great pride in caring for them. But, the most important part is the food. You will come back because the food and the service are 5 stars! Their calamari is a must try, and the pastas are all FRESH, not the dry stuff. They have a sommelier on staff which explains their vast wine selection and the wine club. Every wine we had was perfect to pair with our food. The most surprising part of their menu is actually low carbs and gluten friendly options. That's not something you often see at an Italian restaurant. Can't wait to return when we visit the area again.
I like that they have gluten free vegan bagels brought in from Joey's Gluten Free Bakery in Boynton Beach, however they use a shared toaster if you want your bagel toasted. It made me nervous to even ask for my bagel sliced so I took my bagel to go and hoped that there was no cross contamination from just having the bagel warmed in the microwave uncut and untoasted. Definitely not celiac safe and it defeats the purpose of having gluten free bagels.
I get it; a lot of people don't understand that being gluten free is usually a medical necessity and not a preference. Even 1 crumb (toasted or not) is cross contamination with serious side effects. I'll make the trek down to Boynton to Joey's directly next time for the bagels because I know they will be 100% safe. For those trying to reduce their gluten intake for other reasons, I encourage you to check this place out though.
I have a gluten allergy… this place was so safe for me to eat at without getting sick. We were a table for two, both ordered the Baja salad, one with blackened shrimp, one with blackened mahi. It was amazing, the dressing was perfect. The atmosphere is fun. We came during the day and sat outside in the tiki, fans were going, two TV’s hang in front of the stage. The inside has a bar and tables and is clean. This was our first time meeting Dawn, our server and she was fabulous, and super knowledgeable about food allergies. Thanks, Dawn! Come here, you’ll love it!

On vacation from Kentucky and stopped in after a day at the beach. The staff is AMAZING! They are knowledgeable and so friendly! And the kitchen staff rocks!
The staff was knowledgeable about #glutenfree and which items will accommodate my #celiac self. And they clearly cater to their customers. It's always a pleasure to visit a spot where the staff's first response is "YES, we can do that."
I ordered the Curried Goat and Fried Green Plantains with a Ginger Beer! My friend wanted fish and ended up with grilled Snapper. I think it was a special order and the grill marks were gorgeous, the fish cooked perfectly.
The smoothies looked fantastic and there's a huge variety of flavors. Definitely something for everyone.
Great place for any meal of the day. The dining room is spacious, making social distancing easy. Bathrooms are clean too!
Delicious. I eat gluten and dairy free and was able to get a terrific meal with some customizations. Food is hot and well-seasoned with good prices. Highly recommend!
