Been coming here for years because they have gluten free pizza and it’s actually really good which is hard to find when you are limited to gluten free. Everyone always super friendly and a cool place to hang out if you’re eating in.

I’m both celiac and vegetarian, so eating out can sometimes be a bit tricky. I could almost eat everything here, and it was SO good. I got one of their breakfast bowls with a taro patty instead of bacon and it was so good. Their Kaua’i iced Thai coffee was also insane delicious. Sometime Thai coffee can be too sweet for me, but they used coconut milk / cream and it was perfect. Huge fan and will be returning.

We are here at the one hotel for our honeymoon and recently had dinner at the 1 Kitchen. The food was fantastic, especially because of our server Noriah. My wife has a gluten allergy and they had many gluten-free options. She was in the mood for pasta and Noriah took the time to go back and talk with the chef to see if there was a gluten-free pasta option. He came back to the table with great news that they would be able to make a gluten-free pasta dish for her. I don’t have a gluten allergy, and had one of the best steaks I’ve ever had in my life. We have been out to a lot of restaurants and the amount of care and service by Noriah and the whole staff was incredible. We plan to eat here multiple times during our stay because of this

Good, with homemade fudge and Carmel sauces. The waffle cone smell is out of this world, so I have to presume they are awesome, even though being gluten free I couldn't have one.

Great place, great view and the food was delicious! Gluten free option sounded boring. It was actually delicious. Drink service was a bit slow but very friendly.

Really good experience overall. Coffee was top notch and service was given with a smile. It was slightly slower than expected to get the food and coffee out, but it fits the relaxed vibe. Had an awesome bagel and my wife had a gluten free muffin, which was particularly great. Haven't even got to the view, which is unbeatable.
