We make a point to visit Shana Cake every time we are in Topeka. My wife is allergic to gluten and, as a result, we have tried various gluten free bakeries and restaurants all over the world. The cupcakes at Shana Cake are my wife's favorite cupcake out of anywhere we have been and all their other treats are excellent as well.

I never have a bad experience at the Pennant. They have the best Gluten Free hamburger bun in town. I either get the Original hamburger and a side salad or the Sunflower salad with salmon. Always great. My only complaint is the wait staff can tend to have strong perfume/cologne or essential oils on. Can be over powering and headache causing for me. But I will not lower my rating.

So thrilled to find this sweet little Mediterranean restaurant in Topeka Kansas has gluten-free pita bread and several different options. The stuffed olive leaves are to die for. The hummus gyro Sandwich 😋 yummmmm I couldn't even get a picture of the whole thing it smelled too good! This restaurant is a quick stop off of I-70 if you're coming through Topeka. Check it out they do to go and are super-duper fast.

Came to Topeka for my wife’s surgery, stayed for the brisket Mac and Chee with brisket and an old fashioned. The drink was a bit too sweet but still made well enough. Food was also very good and the brisket smoke flavor was on par. It was well smoked and good meat. They offer a gluten free menu but my wife got the pork sammy without the bun. The pork was done really well too. Pickles might have been homemade, kinda gave me that vibe. Their BBQ sauce compliments well. Sweet but not thick, perfect for savory meat. If I lived closer I’d go more often, server was excellent. 5 stars because it was what I was hoping, price point and relaxed atmosphere.

We finally got to try the shrimp po boy today! I had the gluten free option and it was fabulous! Tee Box is 1 of our favorite places to eat, everything is delicious and I really appreciate the GF menu! They have the best drinks in town too! Great staff and we love the owners!

Nice atmosphere and clean bathrooms. Food is wonderful and service is quick and efficient. Walking distance to the Topeka capital. Has gluten free options.

Jaz was phenomenal! The banana bread cocktail was an absolutely delight. It was a smooth cocktail which is a great gluten free option for dessert, when there is no dessert. Loved the jazz music as well!
