This a "take out" type operation. It's a gas station with a restaurant setup similiar to Chipotle. There are a few tables inside. Didn't expect that. Food was very good. However, if you have gluten concerns, be careful. They have a number of items marked gluten free, which are probably great. But my friend was interested in the beef and lamb bowl. It wasn't noted as gluten free so I asked and the staff said it should be gluten free because it was just beef and lamb. However, it was actually gyro meat which uses wheat as a binder. Service was fine except for this issue but they should know their product. I'd go back.

She didn’t seem to care, so I sent this message on Facebook with no reply in a week: lJust wanted to send something from someone with a gluten intolerance. The menu says “with rice” on several entrees. Turns out there is pasta in the rice, so I couldn’t eat it. Probably ought to disclose it’s not just rice, but also has pasta. Beautiful new restaurant with wonderful food. For a Monday night (just opened), it was pretty busy. We did have a hiccup with service getting a wrong dish for my husband (which they made up for with a credit). It worked out for the better as there wasn't any gluten-free on the menu, so the chef created the rotisserie chicken into gluten free and it was excellent. The beet salad with grilled chicken was delicious and so was the squash soup with candied carrots and sumac. A lovely experience all around, but be ready to spend some money.
