This is the best coffee shop cafe to stop by and great gluten free choices. Try their gf seed bread toasted on any sandwich. Inventive salads, soups, sandwiches, bright spaces, great staff, smooth coffee, a delight for the senses.
Affordable and delicious spot known for fresh juices, large portions, and vibrant flavors, perfect for those seeking unique and tasty eats.

Great local spot for tasty flavorful food for people with allergies. Vegan and Gluten Free options. I appreciate good clean food. There are not many options available for me, so when I find a location that can accommodate me, I am happy.
Perfect spot for quick bites and sweet treats, with a fun vibe that locals love and kids adore!

We have been coming here for over 5 years on a regular basis. It is great for a quick meal when your kids are hangry and need food fast! Their desserts are delicious and adorable! I love that there are salads available too! They even have gluten-free pizza options. Wonderful through and through! The staff is friendly and they are very supportive of local schools.
A festive buffet with a carving station, smooth service, and a cozy atmosphere makes for a delightful dining experience.

We went to Matthew's 1600 for the Thanksgiving buffet. Reservations were required, but I had no issue with that a few weeks in advance. I think the price was on par with most buffets. Gratuity was included in our bill already. They had simple white lights and flowers to decorate and the buffet line went smoothly. There were a variety of options, including vegetarian and gluten free dishes. My favorite was the seafood pasta (crab and shrimp with cream sauce and penne). They included a carving station, which is a nice touch. The dessert table had multiple options from cake to pudding. Overall, the experience was very nice. They do have a handicapped entrance, but please be aware that there are also a lot of stairs on the other side of the restaurant.
With a fantastic variety and customizable options, this spot is perfect for catering to different diets and offers a cozy atmosphere for families.

I have been interested in this restaurant for a little while, but had never visited until recently. I appreciate the wide variety of food offered, including for various diets and food allergies (gluten-free, vegan, etc). We have gotten the family meals a couple of times and have really enjoyed those. I would recommend any salad, as it has been very fresh when I have had it. I especially like the Maryland crab soup, as well.
Pictured is one of the family meals, which was gluten-free. It came with a large salad as well!
Edit: I returned for lunch with one of my kids who has a few food allergies. We both had a half bowl, which comes with a small drink. We ate there. I like that the bowls are very easily customized, and there are many options ok for dairy-free, nut-free, and gluten-free diets. My daughter was especially excited about a dairy-free, nut-free, gluten-free brownie that we bought at the checkout. There were plenty of tables to eat there, though I imagine it would get full at peak times. I will definitely return.
We used to enjoy this place, even though the food has never been authentic Italian, it was always good. This last time the food was all sub par and they gave my Daughter pasta with gluten even after we had told them She cannot eat gluten AND ordered the Gluten Free pasta they offer. We may try again but just not like it used to be.

Today was my first visit to Honest Restaurant. I was so humbled by their hospitality and their customer focus. The owners went extra mile to cater to my special order which was not even on their menu (Gluten Free Mixed pakodas). I appreciated their personal touch and care in preparing my order. Very impressed and the food was delicious. Would highly recommend this place. This will definitely be my go to place for awesome Indian street food and delicacies.
Speedy service with a tech-savvy ordering system and vast meat selection, while the highly-praised k-pop sauce is a must-try!

It was fun experience, and the food was delicious. There are so many options for meat and when you order on the tablet they are so fast to bring it to the table. Try the kpop sauce, you won't regret it. They have many gluten free noodles options

Opies Soft Serve and Snowball is a fantastic spot for a sweet treat! I ordered a chocolate shake, and it was thick, creamy, and full of rich chocolate flavor—perfect for any chocolate lover. The mixed swirl with a gluten-free cone, topped with butterscotch and chocolate chips, was a delightful combination of flavors and textures. The medium mixed swirl was just as tasty, with a smooth consistency and the right balance of sweetness. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. Overall, a great place to satisfy your ice cream cravings!

As someone who is gluten free, I appreciate that there is always something that I can have. The GF pies and cookies are out of this world! They don't taste GF!
My husband (who is lucky, and not gluten free) is in love with the pastries. He plans to travel from Annapolis to Catonsville to Largo in rush hour just to bring these fantastic goodies in for his coworkers. Yes, these desserts are worth traveling for! If you want decadent treats that are made with love, be sure to stop in.

We absolutely love this place!! We order carry out regularly and pretty much always get the same thing. My partner loves the chicken fried rice and I always order the pad Thai with tofu(gluten free and vegetarian) with an order of steamed mixed veggies with the sauce on the side/no sauce(to make them gf). Always get lots of duck sauce too! We have dined in before and it was nice, but they make carry out super easy with the separate window to the left when you walk in. Can’t wait to keep coming back!
It’s not online but they do offer gluten free bread & it’s good. The GF bread (unlike many others) does not fall apart easily. The sandwiches are large & they are generous with the meat/toppings
The BEST local cafe with amazingly delicious food and friendly staff. We are lucky to live right down the street, and that they have amazing gluten free options!
Here's all you need to know...This is NOT Mexican food, it's Tex Mex and they do it well! Super tasty! Friendly professional service, veggie and gluten free options. Neighborhood atmosphere.

I shop here almost exclusively. The staff is usually very nice but, there are always long lines in the afternoon and into the evening. I try not to shop on Sat. and Sun. They recently added more organic produce! There's a refrigerated vegetarian section that is great for lent and other fasting days. They have a great selection of alternative "milk" products for my cereal and carry gluten free products, even in the frozen department. I always shop the multiple markdowns locations around the store.
We went this past weekend and had a terrible experience. To start, there only seemed to be one server for the entire restaurant. So it was not his fault that he couldn’t provide great service, he was stretched way too thin.
The frozen machine was broken, there was no draft beer, the beers we did order weren’t right (or that cold). We had someone with a gluten allergy and they mistakenly gave them the one with a flour tortilla after “double checking to make sure it was corn”.
The redeeming quality was that the food was great. We all enjoyed our meals.
Downstairs was not any better, there DJ was playing club music at a volume you would expect at a nightclub in DC. There was maybe 35-40 people total. Couldn’t hear anyone the entire time we were down there.
It feels like this place is about to close down and didn’t care about the experience. We will not be back
Food is the perfect portion and flavor is rich and delightful. I highly recommend the lunch deal. Tons of GLUTEN FREE options and the menu is clearly labeled!!
Had lunch with my son for my first visit. I ordered a Rueben, which I must say was delicious. My soon or the gluten-free pizza which he raved about. Definitely deserves a return trip.
