Good vibe and good food. Menu has multi cuisine options like tacos , pizzas and many more. Enjoyed my dessert…! Gluten sensitivity menu available if you need one as for it. No wait time. Plenty of free parking available.
We go for special occasions as it's expensive! But the experience and food are wonderful! Wish they had a gluten free menu and also list what is dairy free as well. We ordered a cake a week prior for a special birthday. The smallest one they had was
125. But it wasn't a 125. Cake. I don't think it was refrigerated properly and was a soggy mess.
In the top three best gluten-free pizzas I've ever had. They're regular. Pizza is also fantastic. A little pricier than I'd like but it is really good food.
I can't eat much at Panera due to being gluten intolerant unless I take gluten and milk enzymes. But what I can eat is good.
I came to catch up with a friend. I ordered a tea and one of their new less gluten chocolate cookies.
The cookie was awesome.
But Panera really needs to change the names of the new less glutenous products to indicate that. They sound like they probably are gluten free (not that they explicitly say gluten free).
The cashier was awesome and made sure I knew that they just had less gluten. IMO a customer who was less forth coming than me might mistake them for gluten free.
The tea was good, but what's not to like about a Republic of Teas tea? :)
The good We took our daughter and her friends here for a 10th birthday party. The cost $350. It was a good time barring some issues. They are very food allergy attentive which was helpful and the gluten free pizza was decent. Clean bathrooms good food. Good music.
The bad: vague tipping situation am I tipping a waiter 20% on $350.00 to drop 4 pizzas and 3 soda pitchers. Its weird and vague. You can't use the large party argument bec

Also they were supposed to give the birthday girl a trophy as part of the package. No trophy (Boooo Kings) Lane bumpers didnt work consistently. Our area was not cleaned after the people before us spilled soda everywhere which made the tables sticky for presents napkins pretty much everything.
The issues we're probaby specific to us I give the rating I did as they werent attentive to details which is what you are paying for . A seamless experience. If I have to go to the hostess 6 times to point out issues and half get corrected that is a problem. I am there to be with my family not manage the service/equipme t cleaning.
