The restaurant was very busy and it took a while to be seated. Our food came out in a timely manner though. They offer several gluten free options which is great. I had an eggplant parmesan sandwich. Everything was great but most of the eggplant was tough. Otherwise the sandwich was delicious.

I can’t express how much I appreciate and love hungry hippie. I am celiac and I struggle to find food that is safe. I also eat mostly vegetarian and although I love to cook, it takes a lot of thought, time, and care. Having hungry hippie has allowed me to feel like I have support in this difficult diet requirement. The food has given me peace as well as been amazing. There is variety each week, I’m always full, I’m always satisfied, and I’m always amazed on how wonderful everything tastes. Great food. They have Gluten Free buns as well as offer no bun. Fries and chips aren't gluten free but the slaw is.
They don't have a kid menu, but it IS kid friendly. My kids loved it and said it was the best food ever.
We had the Brie on GF bun with slaw, Build your own with sweet potato fries, chicken tenders with regular fries, and the Wandering By with fries. Everything was delicious.
It took a while to get our food but it was worth the wait and service was excellent.
