The only thing I was disappointed in was the size of the check afterward. We ordered the Chef's feast thinking we would save money, but if you have to eat gluten-free like I do, you have to order the premium appetizer and premium entree, for which you are charged extra. Our bill was $94 for 3 people and we ordered the Chef's feast for 2. We will not do that again! The food was excellent and the service was very good. I just didn't know it was going to be so expensive.

I’ve never once had a bad experience with Lai Thai. All of their food is delicious, their service is quick, and their staff is so friendly! As someone with food intolerances I feel that their menu is clearly labeled for things like dairy, gluten, and nuts which is reassuring when I want something I know is a safe food. I definitely recommend them, really one of my favorite local spots for takeout!

They were very good about keeping the gluten free dippers separate from the things with gluten, which was great for my daughter with celiac.

We used Nantucket for our cutting cake at our wedding and mini cupcakes for our rehearsal lunch. We had lemon cake, Raspberry filling, and vanilla buttercream frosting. We needed gluten free as well. As soon as I said I was ordering for my girlfriend who has celiacs disease (gluten allergy) they immediately took their gloves off and put on a new pair and communicated to one another about needing to make her sub in their designated gluten free prep zone. All the staff provide stellar customer service. The GM and other managers/supervisors do a wonderful job directing their teams. This location is the best of the best!
