Great place! Food was delicious and came out promptly. The staff was polite and the atmosphere was great. It's a dog friendly establishment, and they were kind enough to give our dog a bowl of water.
They have allergy oriented food and even celiac safe beer, which is pretty cool.
This spot offers a great variety of bulk items and eco-friendly practices, making it a go-to for unique grocery finds and discounts.

I am gluten and lactose intolerant. This store had some many options for me. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is a little pricey but they do have discounts. I will definitely be going back.
Delightful location for a special night out with scrumptious homemade meals and endless drink refills. Will leave you planning your next visit!

Decided to come here since we just moved to the area, and are always on the look-out for gluten free options. Was happy to see that there are quite a few options on the menu. Our sandwiches were a little on the small side, and my fries were very greasy and soggy. Regardless, the food tasted good, and we will be back, but maybe for lunch next time.
A spot with a refreshing mint tea, a well-decorated interior, and a pleasant owner who personally serves and cooks.

The falafel is delicious and the hummus is the best that I have ever had in a restaurant. The owner served and cooked the food and was very pleasant to talk with.
Also, I have a hard time finding food that I can eat in restaurants because of a gluten sensitivity. And there were a LOT of options here. I don’t know about their prep area, and I don’t have cross contamination issues. So you’d need to ask if that is a concern for you. But I had the lamb kebab over rice and an amazing salad. And just omitted the pita bread.
Two thumbs WAY UP!

I absolutely have the best day when I have Castle. First off, the coffee, is top tier. Always made perfect. I get a vanilla lavender macadamia milk latte and it’s just soo goood. Second, the little gluten free cakes from a local bakery (Off The Wheaten Path) just make everything perfect. Also everyone is just so nice and welcoming!
I knew castle from their first location, downtown ABQ, but it’s so far from me in Rio Rancho. So I was stoked once they opened their location in Rio. Even more excited when I found out they had GLUTEN FREE treats. 🩷✨ such a gem

I went to Wecks today with my family and they were packed but everyone was so friendly and they did such a good job working so well together, like a smooth oiled machine. And the food was delicious, I have to be gluten free so it's hard to find a restaurant I can count on to not be sick afterwards so I don't go out much and they actually have a gluten free menu! Today I have found a new place I can trust! Thank you all! Great job!
A vibrant spot with a diverse menu, offering everything from raw fish to frozen yogurt and boba, plus a bar with draft beers.

The inside turned out beautiful! It’s similar to Chipotle in how you order. I got a build your own Poké and it was so so good. I really appreciate the clear labeling of gluten free items and the ability to fully enjoy the menu as someone who can’t eat gluten. There’s also a bar with draft beers. I definitely want to go back to enjoy that at some point.
They’re still training and folks are new so please be patient and kind, as it might be slow service at the beginning. I think it would be helpful to have menus by the door.
I've never had Indian food, and am somewhat picky, but this food blew my mind. It was absolutely delicious! We got a lot of food and was decently priced. My husband has celiac disease and felt comfortable eating there, they had a ton of gluten free options. Super happy. Super delicious. Will definitely be returning.

Service is both friendly and attentive and the food my party of four all enjoyed the food. You can tell they pay attention to detail my burger was prepared to perfection. The other couple we went with have been there at least four or more times but it was our first time and we were not disappointed. We have been to there sister Resturant Lily and Liam’s also in Rio Rancho and also very good. We will be returning very satisfied. My Wife has Celiacs and can’t have gluten they had a nice selection of gluten free options and take cross contamination and gluten free prep very seriously. My Wife had the blue cheese burger on a good gluten free bun, she said it was delicious. I had the chipotle tortilla burger with green Chile and Munster cheese it was also very good. Took a bit of my Wife’s blue cheese back burger was better though so next time. Treat your self give this place a try I think you’ll be pleased.
