Hats off to whomever made this happen: a gluten free Nashville hot chicken sandwich with a GF bun. Very tasty, and those chips are so crunch-tastic as well. Thank you for making another day at the local rehab/nursing home so much better !!
Love this place. Lots of vegan, gluten free options, and organic local meats.
Great gift items too! I purchased this garden stake made by Diane Gutchess!
I seem to have a tough luck with this location. The earlier time I had to wait for a hr to eat and 45 mins till someone noticed I was there. This time it was even worse. I ordered the salmon and specifically asked the waitress that I have a gluten allergy and regardless she suggested if I wanted greavy on mashed potatoes. The gravy contains gluten. And then again , 30 mins of wait and when she servesz she serves with the bread right with the food. So ask her "this is bread" ? And she goes "yes". Either she didn't know what Gluten allergy is or she didn't care. But had I assumed that it was gluten free bread and ate it, I could have landed at the hospital. And well th food was terrible room Thr salmon overcooked and rubbert, the broccoli totally bland. The picture says it all. I bit a few pieces and left. Well, there are many Denny's along the route and so I will ensure never to stop at this one for certain.
Pontillo's Pizzeria Cortland is a very nicely decorated and maintained pizzeria! The smells were delicious, as was the pizza! I was pleasantly surprised with the texture of their gluten free crusts.
Let me just start out by saying that I love Moes and their food is pretty decent. I gave 4 stars because I feel like the price point for their items are too high, even for their good food, but, if you like having options for vegetarian, gluten free, ect, then this is a good place to go.
So incredibly good!! We had a burger, the clams with sausage and loaded nachos. One of those dishes could have fed the both of us, very large portions. The garlic knots that came with the clams, are the best I've had! Definitely check this place out. The owner sat us at our table and hung out at the bar. Lots of gluten free options too!
We had the best food ever via takeout. The chef did an amazing job at providing delicious gluten-free food. My husband loves their regular pasta as well. The spaghetti with clam sauce with fra diavlo is to die for. We’ve previously dined in and had a great experience. The food is just tasty with takeout. Thank you Mangia for making my day with the best gluten-free meal I’ve ever had.
The Rock is a wonderful space on the Cortland Main Street that I believe has incredible potential. If the Rock caters to local families and finds ways to mitigate high costs for food and beverages, I feel it will be a long time staple for main street. I strongly recommend investment in expanding food options to meet dietary restrictions such as vegan, gluten, and dairy to attract both young professionals and college students during normal business hours. I would love to see the space remain busy in the non-college seasons as well (winter/summer). All the best and see you Thursdays for trivia at 6pm!
This place is incredible! Fresh ingredients and eclectic yet refined taste at an incredible value. They even have gluten free and vegan options! Everything from bread to soups and even the sauces are made from scratch! If you're not eating here you're missing out, that's for.sure!
My wife and I were passing through Cortland, NY looking for a good restaurant with vegan, gluten free menu options. We had dinner at Pita Gourmet and were very happy with the food quality, quantity, presentation and service. The friendly and knowledgeable waitress helped us make a great selection of vegan and gluten free options that we enjoyed for dinner and we had enough for next day's lunch. We did not try non vegan foods, but I have no reason to believe that it would not be as delicious as the vegan ones. I highly recommend Pita Gourmet!
The place was good and all. Nice food but the waitress told us they where good with gluten free and when we got back my sister started throwing up non stop until she went to the hospital. It was from gluten.
First time coming here and it was extremely pleasant! Love the large menu on the wall, it makes it extremely easy to know exactly what you are getting! They are super accepting to gluten allergies and replaced the chicken ramen noodles with rice noodles. The spring rolls are very good and fresh but the Buns were even better, highly suggest bulgogi for the protein.
We ordered the Katsu, Tonkotsu, and Chicken ramen and all came out really quickly and fresh. The Katsu was crispy and flavorful. Portion sizes were extremely generous with great prices. Will definitely be returning!!
