An update to my previous post. Spoke to the owner. She offered to replace the heroes which I did. She took the order personally and the heroes were made and marked correctly. Much better experience than prior. Thank you.
3 strikes and I'm out. All bad experiences. Slow service, heros made incorrectly and most recently my order was late, 5 sandwhiches all marked incorrectly, made incorrectly and most importantly the gluten free hero was not marked. Tried to get a refund but their customer service is impossible. Will never go there again.
