This was my first order from The Gluten Free Shoppe. I was very much looking forward to the products especially the gluten free pastry sheet. I was very disappointed to receive the box with all contents inside warm. The "frozen" pastry was warm to the touch and the tiny little bags that were supposed to be frozen were also warm. There was no foam insulation or any packing in the box whatsoever. Since I work from home, I was able to bring the box inside and open it as soon as it was delivered. So there is NO reason for the products arriving in this condition. Furthermore, the boxes of pastry were damaged and corners torn off due to zero packaging on the inside.
This is completely unacceptable. I should have read the reviews before ordering but I won't be a repeat customer.
