Vernon's catered and bartended for our September 2024 wedding on-site at my parent's home and we can't speak highly enough about the service and quality of the food. Janeen, Vernon, and the team at Vernon's are professional and genuinely kind and thoughtful people - they came the day before to check out the space and start prepping and then on the day of, ran everything so smoothly in the background, which is exactly what you want on your wedding day, to not have to think about the little things! Vernon prepared a special Italian family style meal and Maria at Vernon's also made us a traditional Italian wedding cake and even made me a special gluten free one so that I could partake. Everyone raved about the food and the cake for weeks afterwards. If you are looking for a local caterer for a wedding or event, look no further than Vernon's!
A well-stocked store with a wide variety of specialty items, comparable prices, and a less crowded shopping experience on weekday afternoons.

Very expensive however, this store has damn near every food item for me and my family with our dietary restrictions. I have celiac disease, so do both of my daughters, and both my daughters have dairy induced eczema. It is extremely difficult to shop at one store for all the items I need weekly for meal planning and snacks but this store has it! You pay more for the convenience of it which I am totally fine with. Employees can be a smidge rude sometimes but you get that anywhere I feel.

We love Firebirds. I have a wheat allergy, and there is a diverse gluten-free menu as well as a knowledgeable kitchen staff to accommodate. It's always so awkward eating out with food allergies, because you don't want to seem high maintenance. Their menu with clear notations, and their kindness, make the whole experience enjoyable. The food is always so delicious and flavors are just, wow... Soooo good. My favorite part of Firebirds is the atmosphere and the pineapple martinis. The dimly lit ambiance makes for an elegant meal and is perfect for a date night. The service is always outstanding at Firebirds, and I mean OUTSTANDING. They find the best people for their team and train them so well. Thank you for many wonderful meals over the years (and our most recent server, Karissa, just fantastic and a ton of fun)
The pizza is consistently great. Have tried many styles. My wife loves the gluten free which only comes in one size and is perfect for her. Thin crust is great. Crispy. The Brooklyn style is my fave and is a whole pizza quartered for big foldy slices. You can get a 3 item large pick up only for 8 bucks as of April 2021. Hard to beat. My only complaint is the inconsistency of the phone answering. Sometimes it's easy to order, sometimes the employee says the specials don't exist and I have to argue. Either way it's worth ordering.
Great atmosphere with a nice patio, reasonable prices, and a solid menu, though some may wish for a bit more variety.

Very good menu, but I would like to see a few more gluten-free choices. Our waitress was perfect! The appetizer of hot chips wasn't what we expected and were a let down. Nice atmosphere inside and there's a patio for outside dining too. The prices are reasonable for good quality food. We've been several times and we'll go back!
Oh my word... If you are in the Niles, Ohio area and love Italian food, give Giorgio's a try.
I had the Chicken Siciliano with Gluten Free pasta and greens and a side salad. I also had a Peach Sangria. It was amazing. I highly recommend and will DEFINITELY eat here again. We went about 3:30 on Monday afternoon. Almost completely empty of people. Not busy at all.
With a vibrant atmosphere and stunning decor, this place impresses with beautiful presentations and phenomenal margaritas, making it a must-visit.

I am celiac and they do have a few gluten free items. I have missed Mexican restaurants since my diagnosis. I will say not all staff are informed as to what is safe so call in advance. It is clean, well spaced, well decorated. The food presentation is beautiful and tasty. The margaritas are phenomenal.
Large selection of draught beers. Coors light is what I prefer in a domestic draught and Primanti Bros didn't disappoint. My wife had a large Angry Orchard, so it was nice they had a gluten free adult beverage available that wasn't hard liquor. I got the Big Bro version of the Pittsburger #2 on the menu. My wife got a sandwich as well which she enjoyed. Great atmosphere and even though our waitress was brand new, she did a great job. The food here is consistently excellent. We had a great time and then a nap!
UPDATE:
Food was considerably better I’m happy to say. They really go out of their way to make sure Gluten Free people have lots of choices. The waitress said they will make any sauce for the chicken or steak dishes with Gluten free pasta from scratch so they can make sure it’s gluten free and safe. The hubby had a fish dinner that was a big enough piece of fish that we brought 1/2 home. I wish I had remembered to take a pic of my grilled chicken with creamy Parmesan and garlic butter, portabella mushrooms & greens over GF penne. I’m definitely glad we tried it again. What an improvement!!
Was actually disappointed with the food for the 1st time. Caesar chicken salad was rather bland. Lacked dressing and chicken lacked moisture!
Some things are now off menu , and a couple more gluten free choices wouldn't kill them, many places are alfredo sauces ravioli and meatballs gluten free , missing a big market

With the exception of Greek, Italian, American and Mexican, there is a shortage of ethnic foods in the Warren/Niles area. And Asian eateries are in short supple and good Asian eateries is even shorter. So I was curious when Bibibop opened it doors.
Located in the Eastwood Malll complex, it is easily seen and has plenty of parking. I would describe Bibibop as an Asian version of Chipotle. You pick a bowl size then choose from a "buffet" of Asian and SW Asian dishes. The variety is large and your bowl can hold a lot of food. We saw foods being replenished, but I can see dishes getting "stale" and dry. So check out your choices.
Bowls are presented.there are fountain drinks and flavored teas. And a heated bowl of miso.
We missed lunch and were famished when we came to Bibibop. At $14 a person, I felt like we got our money's worth. I enjoyed the mixture of flavors and textures. The curried chickpeas and kitchen were excellent. The rice a bit dry. But we enjoyed the meals and will go back.
PS: They are vegan compliant and gluten free.
