Such a cool spot! My partner and I stumbled upon here while we were staying in the area. I was so happy to see that they had vegan cheese and gluten free crust. Some of the best vegan cheese and pepperoni pizza I’ve had! We’re coming back here for sure.
I tried to call in an order for a gluten free pizza for a person w celiac. The representative (Amy) told me that they only had two gluten free crusts and could not sell them to us as a call in order, and not even if we walked in because she had to save them for “emergency orders”. We asked what an emergency order was and she said it was an online order… so we can order gluten free online but not walk in or call in an order for one? She was pretty unhelpful about it besides blaming her boss, which is unprofessional even if it is true, and doesn’t improve the abysmal customer service standard set by their boss. Really disappointed.
Gildas was AMAZING! Our server was fantastic. We ended up meeting the owner and he was so welcoming and lovely. And the Gluten free pasta! My goodness! Absolutely cant wait to come back.
Great food that is always consistently delicious!!! They are being beyond careful during this pandemic and taking all the proper precautions making me feel extremely safe and comfortable. On top of that they are always accommodating to my gluten free allergy and can make nearly everything on the menu GF :) highly recommend and please support this amazing local business!!!
