Very confused why this is listed as only “accommodating”…. This shop is 100% gluten free and has the nicest most sincere staff in the world. The baked goods are SO GOOD and so are the drinks!
Cozy spot with great vibes, amazing vegan options, and a rotating selection that keeps things fresh and fun!

Food and coffee were great. Great vegan and gluten free options. Warning about the lemonade though... It's just grocery store brand organic lemonade (watched them pour it out). Would come back again but won't get the lemonade again 😅

We sat out on the patio which has nice umbrellas and is peaceful. Excellent friendly service. We both had gyros. My friend had a gluten free wrap with lamp and salad. Very generous portion and good price. I had a babaganous wrap combo with rice and cucumber salad. It was enough for 2 meals! We also had delicious cappachinos. Wonderful food and atmosphere
With a chill vibe, outdoor seating, and great lunch deals, it’s a perfect spot to relax and enjoy tasty bites with friends.

We came here for lunch and had fries, garlic/oil pasta, stromboli, and cheesesteak. The food is always great here.
They have a bar, outdoor seating, some solid deals on lunch specials, and what now looks like paid parking on one side of the restaurant. They ALSO have a small gluten-free menu that includes GF pizza.
Experience a lively 1920s prohibition vibe complete with self-serve beer and wine taps, where the atmosphere matches the delicious dishes.

Honestly, it wasn't great. The food was mediocre. The drinks were horrible ( both beers we got had floating things). The sweet tea had a slight carbonation. The chicken was dry, and the creme brulee was pretty gross as it had a metal taste. They also gave my daughter peanut butter on her brownie when she was allergic. When we ordered it, we were not told it had peanut butter. I am also gluten free and there were not many selections.

It was my first time trying out this place and even though it was lunch during the middle of a work week, the vibes were there. The staff were accommodating & friendly to us especially with someone who is celiac. I loved the decorations, the seating, the music - all very well done. The food came out fast and tasted amazing. Everything was fresh. It was a pretty great price for what you got. Definitely recommend to come here if you’re in the Lehigh Valley. It’s also so close to the schools which is great for after school or early outs!

This is a really great coffee shop! They have gluten free options such as chia pudding and bakery items that change daily and are delicious! Turn Back Time latte is my favorite drink. Staff are friendly and atmosphere is very cozy. Highly recommend!
I am on a strict gluten free diet and they were very accommodating. They were very knowledgeable of cross contact. They even had gluten free crackers! The live band was great and not too loud! I had a tasty meal and a good time.

Absolutely fantastic food. If you are looking for an amazing meal, with a very authentic Mexican menu (like grilled cactus yum!!) this is the place for you. My wife and I had a very filling very delicious meal. They also accommodated my wife's gluten intolerance. The only thing they have on the menu that has gluten (i think) Was the chimichanga, which is a deep fried burrito. Unfortunately that meant deep fried food was off the menu for my wife like the tortilla chips, but that's par for the course of a gluten intolerant person. Service was also really good and helpful.
A prime location by the Emmaus triangle with easy parking, it’s a local favorite for satisfying Philly cheesesteaks without the trek!

Great spot!, right by the Emmaus triangle, parking available, across from Yergeys brewery. Best Philly cheesteak I had in the area, no more driving to Easton or Philly for the family. They even accommodated for my wife who does not eat bread (gluten) and her meal was amazing!
We found Louies by mistake after another cake from another company was out of business. I did a quick search and came across Louies.
We ordered a cake for my wedding October 2018 I ordered a year and a half in advance. Their tasting is a great experience. They make mini cakes with the flavor combinations of your choosing. The tasting is set up in their cottage and it's SO MUCH FUN. I ate 5 mini cakes and took the leftovers home for my family. They felt like they were at the tasting with me.
Louie's did a great job following up on my order, making edits throughout the year, and even holding onto my cake topper as the date got closer. Cheryl (the cake artist) did an AMAZING job designing our dream wedding cake. She took my suggestions and ran with something both me and my husband loved. We ordered 3 flavors, one including a gluten free chocolate mocha cake (by far our guest's favorite!). We'll definitely be ordering more cakes from Louie's!!!
Amazing! Wood burning brick oven! Wow! Indoor counter, indoor and outdoor tables also highchair if needed. Meats are beyond delicious! Local ingredients! Gluten free heirloom cheesecake! AMAZING chocolate Mousse! We ate like pigs, yummiest Arnold palmers( real tea!) Ordered separate ciabatta bun, and pepperoni and bacon pizza! TO DIE FOR! Shared the mousse. 34 bucks and we are so hard to please. THRILLED by the experience beginning to end! Thank you so much!

The food here is delicious, I bought food here in the past and today, and will continue to do so. I've had various types of pizza, strombolis, their unique flat garlic knots. I don't know what they put in their sauce, but it is sooo flavorful. No long wait for your hot food, and friendly staff. Gluten-free and also cauliflower pizza. They have parking and wheelchair ramp.
The menu didn’t give any information about what items contained gluten, so I had to ask the server about everything individually. We enjoyed our time outside, but we hardly saw the server throughout the meal. We had to flag her down to ask for anything and a few items we never got at all. At the end, after a long wait, another server asked if we needed help and we finally got our check and we were able to leave. Then on the way out, we saw our server sitting and chatting and laughing with someone. No wonder we never saw her the whole time. I was also disappointed that my $20 burger didn’t even come with chips or fries. Fried pickles came with nothing to dip them in (we asked for Ranch, but never got it.) My husband enjoyed his burger, but it wasn’t anything super special. We will not be returning.
