Great little place, indoor and outdoor seating with it's own parking lot. Gluten Free Options, which can be hard to find!!! Lots of menu choices as any great diner should have. The food was fast and great. We got the last table at 2 on a Saturday, then 4 more tables came 5 minutes later, the staff handled it with aplomb. We'll definitely be back...
A laid-back vibe with attentive service and a menu packed with delicious options makes this spot a must-visit for a satisfying dining experience.

We ate at The Boat House on 12/31/24 with a party of 10 people. My wife has a Gluten Allergy, and we found The Boat House on a Gluten Free restaurant app. The Boat House gets good reviews on the app, but we were informed that the restaurant is under new ownership. My wife ordered the Caprese sandwich on a gluten free bun. She asked the server to replace the fries with a Ceasar salad without croutons since the fries are not done in a separate fryer. The server was informed that my wife has a severe allergy. Upon receiving the meal my wife was informed that the kitchen was able to make the fries in new oil before it was contaminated with gluten. After comparing the bun that my wife's sandwich came on and other buns at the table, my wife questioned if the bun she received was actually gluten free. The server assured her that it was and that she triple checked with the kitchen. We asked her to check again. She did and then came back saying that we were right and that they would remake the sandwich. The server informed us that a manager assembled the sandwich on the line and did not read the tickets note about the Gluten allergy. My wife did not take a bite of the sandwich before asking. The server came back a few minutes later with what appeared to be a remade sandwich, and no fries on the plate. Following the meal my wife has had a severe gluten reaction. She has been in a lot of pain since eating at the restaurant and it is now 3 days later. We don't know what part of her meal caused the reaction, but we do know it was something she ate at the restaurant. I have doubts that the reaction is just from the fries touching the regular bun because usually her reaction is not this severe. I am guessing the fries she was served were not gluten free as promised.
Enjoy a cozy spot with a diverse menu and a chill vibe, perfect for a relaxed meal in a quaint town.

My husband and I eat at Cora’s Bistro every so often. We just like the atmosphere, staff, and so far the delicious dinners. I only think the carrot cake needs a nice butter icing , as before. The no gluten icing on the carrot cake was not edible.
This cozy spot features a small dining area and a lovely park nearby for a nice stroll after your visit, but watch out for tight parking.

I revised this review. This is our first time at the restaurant.
August 2023. All the employees were friendly. The food was very good. The portion was more than enough, and the average cost is about sixteen dollars per meal. The restaurant has a gluten-free pizza and gluten-free macaroni. Our order took about ten minutes to prepare. They have a small dining area with about ten tables. The bad part is the parking. They have about five spots in the back. You have to park in metered parking spaces. The good part is after 6 pm you don't have to pay.
This is our second time.
Late August 2023. The waitress was not attentive to us. The food was good. But the bill she gave us, you could not read. I believe that I paid eight dollars for a Yoo Hoo. Forget about eating inside during the hot days. It was uncomfortable, and sweat was dripping off my face. It's your decision if you want to eat here.
got a gluten free pizza- plain and simple, but great service, and pizza was kept properly clean and safely gluten free, with our own cutter and everything!
A deli that’s a hit for its delicious sandwiches and ongoing efforts to expand options, all in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Absolutely love the deli here. I am gluten free and they offered both GF bread and a GF wrap. They told me they were looking into new suppliers as well so they could offer more GF bread options. I loved my sandwich so much I had to come back a second time. All the staff were super kind and welcoming but special shout out to Brenda for going above and beyond. Brenda is celiac and went the extra mile to make sure my sandwich was made with clean utensils and on a clean surface.
Expect a delightful experience with creative dishes and a charming atmosphere that keeps everyone coming back for more fun events!

Amazing local coffee shop. We loved their season lattes, seating, and that there were gluten free options to eat. Service was friendly and quick! We took coffee to the park and came back for more later in the day. Love the board games they have out and the library collaboration to buy used books.
Delicious homemade dishes, including hero sandwiches, baked ziti, and tasty salads, make for a perfect catering experience.

This is a frequent stop for us as we live pretty close by. Whenever we are hiking or just in the mood for a solid place to eat and we don't feel like making a decision, this is usually or our go to. We love their beers and their food never disappoints! We always head for the bar seats (there aren't many, although they did just add a few more recently) because it is the only way you will be waited on completely. They do not have table service so if you're seated at a table, you have to get up to place your food order near the kitchen and then go stand in line to get each beer. Their beer is probably my favorite as far as local breweries go and their food is always soooooo good! They have a regular menu with tons of options and then they have a "pilot menu" that changes weekly and usually has some fun and different choices on it. They also do brunch on Sundays, they have a kids menu, and they also do a soup and salad or soup/salad and half a snadwich options also. Tthey do brewery tours, have a ton of cool merch and sell to go beeer. They do have gluten free rolls and usually some sort of cider and wine if you have a gluten allergy. They do live music often and it's usually an acoustic musician so it's the perfect volume to enjoy your meal and cocktails and still hear yourself think! There is an outdoor patio area for when the weather is nice with tables and some games. The staff are all super friendly and helpful with menu or beer selections ... just a great stop every time! Definitely one of our favorite local stops!

Best ice cream in the area!! We are part-timers in the area and we look forward to coming here for our dessert after dinner on the weekends we are here. I think it’s a family run business, and it warms my heart to see it and seeing the work ethic of these kids. As for the custard — never tried custard before and it’s absolutely delicious! Prices are very reasonable, considering the other ice cream places in the area gouge people because it’s a tourist area.
Also I am gluten free and they have a menu online that shows you any allergies and what you can / cannot eat :)
