A cool little place that allows me to stay lo-carb and eat pizza? C'mon! You gotta be kidding! We love this place because you can customize your pizza to match your diet. They offer lo-carb and gluten free crusts. You go up to the counter, order your pizza and then come back when it's done. Helpful and pleasant staff always. Love it!

The staff go above and beyond at this restaurant! The general manager (Auggie I believe is his name) was very conscientious about my daughter’s celiac condition and made absolutely sure she didn’t get a trace of gluten on her plate. Our server was just as wonderful and took very good care of us!
Food was delicious, having a gluten free option was nice and the hot herbal tea was lovely. And the live music (a charming classical guitarist) added to the wonderful ambiance.
I stop in once in a while to taste a few new beers. They have a great selection of hard to find beers. They even have a menu for gluten-free beer. Great service, and the place is always busy.
Very large selection of homeopathic remedies, vitamins, supplements, detox kits and fresh baked gluten free foods. Family owned and operated, knowledgeable staff. They do have limited hours. Please note they close by 3 pm on Saturday and are closed on Sunday. I was lucky enough to discover this place on First Friday when all the stores downtown in Columbia are open 5 to 8 pm on the first Friday of each month.
