This is an absolute must try if you're in Hixson. My wife is gluten-free and they have the best bread. Have not had anything that was not good. Best cheese steak in Hixson by far.
I have to give a shoutout to everyone at Biba's Italian restaurant in Hixson for being super understanding when I had to jump up for a fire call right in the middle of my meal. Iliterally had 3 bites of the Ceasars salad and had to run. No time for photos. I finally finished up hours later and they re made my gluten free pasta fettuccine Alfredo style with chicken and another Caesar salad. 🤗
At this point I was starving, tired, sweaty, soaked, and loved every bite of my meal.
The restaurant was pretty much empty at 10pm from the busiling wait time earlier to get a table but well worth the wait.
Though they don't have any gluten free dessert for gluten intolerant allergy I still give them five stars and maybe in the future they will at something like ice cream or chocolate lava cake 🤔. Hint hint.
I would recommend this restaurant and thank you again for the outstanding service.

Best pizza in the area. The sauce is amazing and the crust is perfectly crispy. They also have a great gluten free crust. Always ask about coupons cuz they usually have a good deal going

The food is always consistently good! If you like Steak the Princess Kew Steak is always delicious. I eat G.Free mostly, so that is what I ordered. It probably has soy sauce in it so there is some amount of gluten. It wasn't enough to bother me, but I'm only Gluten Sensitive, not a Celiac.
The Pork Fried Rice was quite good too! It has a lot of good sized pieces of tasty pork in it, not those little half inch sized cubes that a lot of places serve.
I've eaten here since before I moved to the Hixson area numerous times and I highly recommend you try this place. Most people will be hooked artery one visit. The prices are reasonable and what I had tonight was definitely much better than the last time I ate at PF Chang's! For much less money at that.
I love shopping here. I pass 2 food cities on my way to this location but it's worth the distance. Fresher produce, friendlier associates and everything is usually stocked. They have a wide variety for vegans, carnivores, and those with dairy and gluten issues. The shopping carts have a drink holder spot on them. From what I could tell workers were masked and being COVID-19 cautious.
Plus there's a Starbucks inside.

I had my first experience here for lunch yesterday and was so impressed! The staff was very friendly and professional and also accommodating of my gluten allergy. The food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious. I am so happy to have a nice restaurant option in Hixson! We absolutely will return!

My daughter says this is the best ice cream ever! It was our first time and we loved it. I can’t have dairy so I was glad they have at least 4 gluten free and dairy free flavors that aren’t just sorbet!
Came in last night and was so surprised with the new remodel. Looked great! I got a veggie sub on Gluten-free bread and they went out of their way to clean the slicer and put my bread on a tray with a clean knife. Definitely 10/10 service
Great food with vegan and gluten free options. Good if you eat there, and if you pick it up. The online ordering is better than most restaurants in the area I've used. It's nice to find a Mexican restaurant where I can have more options than just vegetarian fajitas on corn tortillas.
What a life-changer. Much quicker than the bigger Walmarts. Friendly, kind staff. They have more gluten-free options than the Hixson and Soddy Daisy Walmarts, which I appreciate! The cashier service seems to have gotten slower lately, and I miss being able to get out as quickly as I used to.

Good selection of items, I went with the build your own bowl. And got gluten free so that's great they are catering to my demographic as well. Manager was very attentive to each guest. Was totally stuffed afterwards. It is expensive so don't be surprised to see $10+ more than you might expect from a place with a name that doesn't sound pricey. Would definitely go again!

I love bringing my little here because there’s so many indoor and outdoor options for seating and clean restrooms. The coffee is always good and the food is amazing. It’s not on the menu but they do have Gluten Free bread that they can substitute on sandwiches. My husband enjoyed that and I had an Asiago bagel with bacon egg and cheese. So good!

We had a meal delivered for a wedding rehearsal dinner. (That’s why I didn’t rate the atmosphere 😉).My contact, Deanne, was always very helpful and answered all of my questions promptly. The food was delivered promptly (if not early); all that was supposed to be hot was hot, cold items were nice and cold. In a larger group where you’re not sure of preferences/allergies, the food choices are preferable, because you can always skip rolls to go gluten free and have the rest. Everyone loved the food, and we even had leftovers the next day!

My wife and I had a really good meal from here. If you can't have gluten they can make sauces without the flour, and if you're vegan they have tofu and a lot of vegetable options. I'll definitely be back for more.
