We love Jeni's. We had the strawberry shortcake parfait and ordered it gluten-free. they made it on the back counter with fresh ice cream tubs and, of course, omitted the waffle wedge. It was excellent, and my wife with celiac was able to enjoy it without the fear of cross-contamination. They did an excellent job.

We ended up at Urban Grub after finding out the wait at a nearby breakfast spot was 2.5 hours for 2 people- yikes!
Whisper was our server and she was amazing! So personable and sweet. She was also able to help my celiac friend navigate the menu and even offered options for substitutions. My friend ordered the shrimp and grits which was FANTASTIC. I ordered the Oscar Bennie which was OK. The crab comes cold and on the side, which was odd, but the crab was tasty nonetheless. The hollandaise was flavorless, although it was advertised as being ācitrusā. I got it with a side of Gouda grits, which were so yummy. Overall, pretty happy with our experience! And kudos to our server, Whisper!

This is my favorite restaurant in Nashville! I found it some days ago and the food is so tasty, fresh and I felt great afterwards. I was there with my husband and another couple for dinner and just had their lunch today. Our friends were gluten intolerant and I am vegan, and they had amazing dishes for all of us! The cocktails were the best too, especially the lavender gin drink! Itās not often a new restaurant hits all the marks like Epice. Top location on 12 South, cozy and beautiful environment for both lunchtime and dinner.
