Vibe on point we Sat in the beautiful outdoor seating! Thin crust Pizza - wood-burnin' cooked to perfection... was yummy and came out fast! Our waiter was kind & provided superb service! I asked about crust options & they provide Gluten-friendly crust (didn't try but good to know). Great Pizza spot!

Good burgers and fries. Burgers have unique toppings. I had a burger with peaches! They get busy which slows down service and makes it hard to find seats. Vegan options + gluten free bun available but I opted for no bun.

They do provide gluten-free food alternatives! The chicken was tasty. The tomato bisque soup was just okay, more like drinking tomato juice. The corn on the cob was good, I had too much food to eat the potato. For desert, we had chocolate eclairs that had not thawed out completely. But we all know you are not going for the food as much as the experience. The "knights" performed skill challenges that were impressive. The acoustics are poor, so you can not hear clearly what the king and queen are saying, but again, who cares... The jousting was impressive! Reminded me of the WW Wrestling my uncle took me to 55 years ago. Overall, it was an enjoyable evening. I would recommend to people especially with kids.

This was the first time at The Charles and it did not disappoint. The food presentation was excellent. Each of the shared dishes at our group dinner were amazing, from the shrimp to the perfectly cooked steak. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dining experience. You must try the off menu selections for the evening! The gluten-free pasta that is made in house is amazing as well!

I love this place. The staff, especially Asia, was stellar with their attention to detail. The Lobster Elote and CAMARONES GOBERNADOR are must-tries, and the Frida margarita pairs perfectly. A go-to spot for anyone seeking flavorful, gluten-free options. 🍴✨

Fantastic steakhouse with 360 degree views of Dallas! Staff is very knowledgeable of what items can be modified to gluten free and celiac safe. Great array of cocktails and some of the best steaks in Dallas!

What a wonderful experience! I went with 3 friends and though it’s definitely not an every day/week/month type of place because of the cost, they offer delicious food and great service. We started out at a bar table for drinks, which were all very good and nicely presented. The host was very friendly and funny, and once we got drinks moved us to our dinner table. We ordered a few entrees and appetizers for the table, including the caprese salad and calamari. I have celiac and need to eat gluten free, and was able to eat the salad, as well as the gluten free version of the spicy rigatoni. My friends loved the veal entree as well as their pasta dishes and everything was presented so beautifully! For dessert, all of the gelato options are gluten free except for one with cookies, and I chose the strawberry flavor which was amazing! It was a large serving too which is refreshing. The staff overall was incredibly attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable - especially awesome was the staff member Peter, who rattled off 10+ items that would be gluten free (he was more aware of these options than our server!), chimed in to provide bar suggestions for after dinner, checked in on us regularly for refills and seeing if we needed anything, and told us about the history of the restaurant and it’s next door neighbor Carbone. We were so impressed by this hospitality!!

We had a great experience at Carbone Dallas!! We went for my birthday and the staff was excellent and so friendly. Unfortunately, there was a mix up with my friends gluten free pasta and she was given regular pasta. Our server (I think her name was Norma or Nora, my apologies) was so helpful and attentive to fixing the situation and bringing her wonderful manager, Brick over. Brick was the absolute best and made sure that we were all okay and taken care of!! Overall, it was a great experience and we will be back and will always give our thanks to the excellent staff!!

Delightful, stellar spot! We love the retro vibes and staff are all super kind. Delicious gluten free and vegan pizza 🍕 Glad to see a few vegan options! Additionally, I enjoyed the matcha latte with oat milk and the market salad with falafel! Definitely check it out! :) there is also a bike shop next door, with a speak easy kind of vibe.
