Canyon Eatery exceeded our expectations. Note, we visited in mid-September, but we found the service was quick, food was tasty (for quick serve), and the staff friendly. They had limited gluten free options, but we made it work. Our first night, we took our dinner “to go” and ate by Artist Point!
So I am supposed to be avoiding gluten and peanut butter, but I had to make an exception when I heard about these waffles. I couldn’t believe how light and crispy they were and the combination of bacon and peanut butter in ‘The Gateway’ is perfect for a day of skiing hard at Jackson Hole! Loved how quickly we could order and eat without missing too much time on the slopes (or cliffs lol). We went back 3 days in a row and my husband also enjoyed a hot cocoa with whiskey! This is one spot you don’t want to miss.
What a great grocery store! I was thrilled not to have to drive to Jackson Hole to stock up for the week. The employees are so friendly and helpful. They had a good variety of organic options as well as dairy free, gluten free and grain free options. There is a coffee bar inside as well and the lattes are really good (they had several DF options too).
Very clean restaurant and the waitress Tymekia was adorable. We were 8 and our order came perfectly. I personally ordered a Gluten Free crust because I have a gluten allergy and the pizza came in a special box to be sure it was the gluten free one. We all appreciated the service and our respective pizzas!
