We stopped in at this Smitty’s on our drive to Idaho from Calgary; the service and food were so good that we decided to stop in again on our drive back to Calgary! We tried the hot wings, nachos, the burger and the quesadilla. Everything was delicious, but the appetizers were definitely our favourites. The nachos had a great amount of toppings and all of them tasted fresh, and the chicken wings were a great size and cooked perfectly. They also had gluten free options and the server was well versed about dietary restrictions, which was an unexpected surprise as that’s not always the case on road trip stops.
In addition to the food, the service was 10/10. Our server Love was very kind and efficient, and the manager Vik stopped by to check in on how we were liking everything. This will definitely be our go to stop whenever we drive through Cranbrook.
