We just crossed over from the US, so this is our first sampling of Canadian cooking. I have to say, if all Canadian restaurants are this good, we may not go south again (just kidding authorities!). They can do pretty much everything gluten free. They also have dairy free cheese and other vegan options. And the food is still incredible!! I don't feel like I got the cardboard version of anything. Chef Alex is innovative with his food and has never disappointed me. I usually end up taking an extra dish home for later. Not a restaurant to miss. So so good.
