We ate there, gluten-free.
Zurich schnitzel with rösti and cream of asparagus soup. For a side dish, we had beef liver with cream sauce and gluten-free bread.
We also had homemade elderflower iced tea and, for me, a 1/4 dry Pinot Noir.
The service was highly commendable and, I must mention, a real treat. The chef, a young man who is a trained chef, came to our table and said, "If you don't have celiac disease, then try our homemade bread."
Anyone who has the opportunity to visit the Gasthaus zum Kranz should do so.
