I was in Urbino a few days and tried three different ice cream shops. Raffaella surpassed everyone hands down: amazing artisanal ice cream, flavors full of flavor and not just the usual traditional flavors and excellent quality for the price. The cone is one of the best I've ever eaten. I was pleased to notice the attention that the girl at the counter put into preparing gluten-free ice cream for the customer in front of me. Furthermore, even if it doesn't affect me personally, it's nice to find such inclusive places; definitely noteworthy. Well done!
This cozy spot offers a brick-vaulted room adorned with flowers and plaques, creating a pleasant sense of intimacy ideal for gluten-free diners. The casual, unpretentious atmosphere in Urbino's historic center complements their thoughtful gluten-free options and friendly service.

If I had to describe Taty's Kitchen with one word, it would be HEAT. I chose this restaurant for my graduation lunch and from the first moment Taty, the owner - a person as exquisite as her dishes - proved to be attentive and helpful.
Lunch was exceptional: each dish prepared with fresh and local ingredients with careful research into the excellence of Urbino and its surroundings. The service? Impeccable. The staff was friendly, professional and always ready to satisfy our every need.
An aspect that deserves a special mention is the attention paid to the gluten-free option. Since my sister has celiac disease, I know how difficult it is to find a restaurant that avoids contamination without compromising taste. Taty managed to create gluten-free dishes that had nothing to envy from the "original" ones (the gluten-free passatelli she made were excellent)
The restaurant, located in the heart of Urbino, also offers a unique atmosphere, immersed in a suggestive architectural context that makes the experience even more special. We had such a good time that we immediately booked for the next day, and the second experience only confirmed every positive impression.
If I could, I would give more than 5 stars. Highly recommended!
