The best thing I can say about my meal is that it was supposedly gluten free. I was looking forward to a GF wagyu beef ramen, but it was totally disappointing.
The broth was bland, the beef was "torched" but undercooked and chewy. When I noticed that my ramen was missing the piece of pork it was supposed to include, they said the pork is not gluten free, so they left it out. No prior notice, alternative, etc.
I also saw the guy making my food stick his gloved finger in a jar of salt, LICK IT (I assume to verify that it was salt?), and continue preparing my meal with the same gloves.
Fortunately, I won't be back, but I just wanted to provide an advisory for other gluten free visitors to not get your hopes up for this one.
(Its also hard to find based on the map, but I'm hoping that will deter others from looking too hard)

You can eat safe and secure food!
Since they use glutinous barley, they are gluten-free and recommended for people with allergies.
All of their products have a gentle sweetness, and the more you chew them, the more you can taste the umami.
I absolutely love Kanauta Cake and Utabo.
I've been going to the store ever since it opened, and despite them being so particular about their ingredients, the prices are also very reasonable!
