This is the best breakfast spot in Madeira! I spent 6 days on the island and visited this place 4 times. The food is delicious, the service is fast, and they have gluten-free options. It was a lovely touch that the waiter remembered my coffee order. Sometimes you have to wait a bit outside for a table, but it doesn’t spoil the experience at all. A solid 10 out of 10! They were aware of gluten. We had both beef and chicken meat skewers, mixed veg, and hand made fries and it was both delicious and I did not get sick. Our waiter was not able to tell me what is safe from the dessert menu so we skipped it but there is panna cotta and a chocolate mousse that may be safe. Did not have enough Portuguese to navigate further so left it there. Overall, wonderful meal. The meat is just so delicious!
