It was a wonderful discovery. The service was excellent, the food was brilliant, original, and flavorful. Plus, with expert knowledge of allergens, we haven't had any problems with gluten. Everything was controlled, even with recipes that usually contain gluten. We had some cuttlefish meatballs with their ink that were delicious.

We just had dinner with 6 people, 2 of whom had intolerances. The dinner was delicious. The grill was spectacular, and the burger and garlic shrimp were equally so.
David, the waiter, didn't offer excellent service. Everyone was very friendly, but David stood out for his friendliness and service, and the blonde girl was also very professional.
It's a shame we discovered this when we were leaving. Next year, we'll have it as our favorite restaurant.
Regarding our celiac disease, they treated us wonderfully.
Just one important point: be more careful with gluten-free items and be careful with important traces.

Once I finished my days in Matalascañas I want to highlight this restaurant where I have eaten and I have taken food for the apartment in front of me. I would like to highlight the attention of the staff, especially a waitress whose name I don't know but who helped us with the allergens and Claudia who also told us the best time to eat and find the least cross contamination. Fried fish is difficult to use with gluten-free flour because here they do, so we were able to eat it without problems. They have a great menu detailing foods that contained gluten so it was great for us. I won't go any further, just say that we will return, that celiacs can find a place where the staff is involved and that is appreciated. Thank you very much
