I know airport food is always going to be overpriced and naff - but even my low expectation wasn't low enough. We waited for the uninterested waitresses to seat us, and told them we needed gluten free for my coeliac partner. They said they'd give us 10 minutes to look at the menu and make our choice and they'd be back. Upon their return we asked for a pasta dish, to be told that they'd run out of gluten free pasta - which would have been useful information to provide us with before we looked at the menu! We went for gluten free pizzas in the end, and they had clearly been made on frozen bases and chucked under the grill, because the toppings were melted but the dough was cold and undercooked. The uninterested waitresses didn't ask us how the food was, I think they knew. Took a while to get anyone's attention to pay as well. Inexplicably naff! The gluten free pizza (whilst crap and cold) didn't trigger my coeliac partner, so it's safe at least!

Love going to Garden of Easton, its always a wonderful experience being with so many plants, and so cool on a hot day! We enjoyed all of our dishes and we apprecitated how many options were gluten free AND dairy free! We will be back soon!

My partner and I came to Pasture to celebrate his birthday and it was our first time eating here. Honestly, it was such a brilliant experience! The staff are so attentive, kind and knowledgable; I think our server was called Sam (apologies if I got that wrong) and he spent time talking us through the menu, portion sizes and took extra care with my order as I am Coeliac, even double checking the ingredients of different sauces with the kitchen so I knew for certain what I could and couldn’t eat. I was even given a separate menu with all the dishes I could eat due to my dietary restrictions, which made the ordering process so simple and stress free. The food was absolutely delicious and the tenderstem broccoli alongside the steak fillet to share was a real highlight. A great selection of craft beers on guest and draught too. Thank you for making my partner’s evening so special by bringing out a surprise birthday ice cream with a candle! We will definitely be spending more special occasions at Pasture in the future.

Fab for gluten free! —GF Sunday roasts and GF fish and chips are not to be missed. All but 1 option for the roasts were gluten free and all the traditional sides are GF (they make a gf Yorkshire) so you don’t miss out on anything! Save room for pudding too. Staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. A fave spot in Clifton and the regular menu also had a lot of gfo if you go another day. Do book ahead to make sure you get a table

Had as bit of an underwhelming breakfast experience. Ordered the vegan breakfast but you can't select gluten-free options on the app so had to go to the till to amend the order. There was then a mis-up with the table number which meant the food and drinks took 20 mins to arrive. The food was tasty but it was all a bit tepid, apart from the scrambled tofu which was cold and unpleasant. I would have fed this back to the staff but at no point were we asked whether our food was OK. And for nearly £15 I didn't think it was particularly good value, one small sausage and only half a tomato! There are better places for breakfast in Bristol.

Absolutely lovely!! I mentioned in my reservation that we had vegan and gluten free members in our group, and the manager was so attentive in helping us navigate the menu as well as advising us on the hotpot as we went. I’m Malaysian and have had quite a few hot pots in the past and will gladly say that this was delicious and authentic. I would highly recommend this place. We had the vegan tomatoe soup and vegetarian mushroom (which they even offered to do a vegan version of for us). They were both great and there were plenty of toppings that fit our dietary requirements. It was also super affordable!

Asked about allergens before we waited 20 minutes outside for a table with my heavily pregnant partner. They assured us they could cater for both gluten and sulphite allergies. After a long wait we sat down ordered two drinks. Pregnant partner ordered an alcohol free beer and staff instead served her an alcoholic one which is completely unacceptable. When we came to order, they then informed us that nothing on the menu was suitable for a sulphite allergy and we couldn’t actually eat there at all! So we waited nearly 40 minutes in total to be told we couldn’t eat at this restaurant. So we needed to go somewhere else to eat. My pregnant partner was already hungry before we waited 40 minutes to be served. Then to make matters worse, the guy serving us (who claimed to be the manager/owner) and was extremely unprofessional. Told us essentially tough luck and here is the bill for the drinks… we wouldn’t have waited 40 minutes and sat down at all if your staff didn’t tell us it was ok for our allergies. You should be hugely ashamed for your service today. We won’t be returning. Allergens should be at the forefront of your business followed by decency and customer service. Today none of these things happened. Because your response has purposefully tried to manipulate the narrative of our visit, I would like to clarify; The only bad behaviour came from the manager, he was extremely rude and abusive in how he spoke to us and the language he used. And clearly this restaurant instead of taking this feedback seriously has tried to deflect the narrative instead of taking responsibility for the failings detailed. This is not a safe place to eat if you have any allergens.

Visited a few times now and always had a fantastic service, so much so that booked for a recent work event catering. The sandwiches were so fresh, full of flavour and so many options. The portions were HUGE and there were some very happy and full stomach's! The gluten free option was superb- really felt like it was the same as everyone else's with soft bread and great selection of fillings. Won't hesitate to come back again soon and highly recommend. Thank you guys!

Cannot fault our meal. Kids pizzas/ meal deal was perfect for our 9 year olds, pizzas were devoured and gluten free pizza was delicious!

I've been going to this place for years mainly for lunch, but recently went for Sunday Breakfast, all five of us had Different dishes and everything was great, you'd be hard pressed to find a better quality Full English and for my Son who's Gluten intolerant they concocted and amazing roast Pork with corn Bread and lots of tasty trimmings, good service, really friendly Staff and big enough to easily accommodate a party of six...... Coffees decent too......

Surely the last place in the world not to offer gluten free pizza. The portion sizes are tiny, my friends 'steak' was a few small slices that you couldn't have made a sandwich with. Spanish tortilla was very bland and a really small few slices for the money. Will not return, all our large party were stunned by the appalling value for money.

We had a very delicious vegetarian sharing platter with injera for two people. Portion was great and came with extra injera on the side. Injera were gluten free (not coeliac) and I think 100% teff flour - really flavourful and sour. Lovely owner and amazing atmosphere inside. Definitely coming back soon! Thanks!

Brilliant visit! Really couldn’t fault anything! Food was tasty and well presented, huge choice of pizzas and gluten free bases lovely! We also had two sides, wings and fries, which were also gluten free. Had a large glass of wine and partner had alcohol free beer (one of 5 alcohol free options!) which went down very well. Definitely will go back and definitely recommend.

I have visited Harbour House 5 times in the last few months which says all you need to know. The food is delicious - I particularly loved the tuna nicoise over summer, and now the surf and turf is beautiful. I am coeliac and the gluten free options are delicious, and this has been handled professionally and with absolutely no issues. It is a lovely venue both inside and on the terrace. The thing that has really stood out is the service - the waiting staff are awesome, friendly and attentive. I recommended it to my colleague and we are now coming to Harbour House for our work Christmas party as well!

Great roasts for a 60th birthday meal. Everyone loved their meals. Gluten and dairy allergy requirements were handled really well. Members of staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice coffee too.

My partner and I went there yesterday for a nice meal out. We had anything but. She is coeliac and ordered from the NGCI menu. The starters were passable but that’s where it ended the mains we both went for signature burgers. There was one small slither of bacon, almost no brisket and cremated burger patties that were almost inedible. The drinks we ordered were served in dirty glasses that were leaving white marks all over the table. It was massively overpriced at around £50 with 30% off mains! At some point throughout this my partner was glutened, either from carelessness or dirty crockery and now has to deal with this for the next week of recovering. Absolutely avoid, no where near acceptable for the price and I wouldn’t risk it if you have food allergies/intolerances.

Food was very nice. So was the customer service. When we entered, we were greeted and my friend had dietary requirements (gluten free). We were informed of the alternatives that were available. Before we were sat, we were greeted by very friendly waitresses. The food didn’t take long to arrive. Myself and my colleague both enjoyed the food and experience. Next time I am in Bristol, I will be coming back. I recommend other to try this place out. I ordered vegetariana pizza which was delicious. My friend had the portabello mushroom starter and the gluten-free risotto which he very much enjoyed.

Love this place beer selection spot on. Made right there. Haven't eaten yet here but always looks nice. I've tried Lazer Juice, The Infinity Helles, The Gluten free one (forget name) & a couple others one called Disco Park & one I think called Neotropical. All beers are great & reasonably priced for the area. The staff are friendly. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the gents toilet is sometimes quite stinky. Have mentioned to staff there & they've gone yeah we trying to sort it. Still thoroughly recommend & definitely on my regular list

I stayed round the corner from Burra and visited three times over a four day period. As a coeliac I can honestly say this was the best I have ever been served in terms of concern over what I could eat (plenty of options) and how the kitchen would prepare my order. It is so unusual and very much appreciated. The food was delicious and all the staff very helpful and attentive, Giani in particular was so helpful and friendly towards our group and he definitely deserves a special mention. Thank you and I hope to return one day!
