However, please educate your employees, particularly Sierra, about your procedures regarding gluten-free cakes. When I called the store and asked her about your procedures, if any, to prevent contamination of the gluten-free cakes, she mainly talked about using sanitizing wipes. While I am glad to hear that, it didn't answer my question.
