Giovan Domenech (manager) noticed there was a line at the To Go side of the restaurant and came over and began taking orders. When I told him I had a Gluten Free order, he made me aware that the home fries suffered from cross contamination, so I did not order them. It was a breeze placing my order with Giovan. And then I saw him.at the counter looking back into the kitchen to make sure another person's order (with a specific request) was prepared correctly. Giovan also came back to the register once to let me know my order wasn't forgotten. I saw him overseeing the preparation and packaging of my order. He gave it to me and pointed out the condiment and utensil station so I wouldn't miss it as I left. I will definitely go back to Chef Art's at Orlando's International Airport!!!
