I have bought bread from Paula since she sold bread out of her home. Why??? Because I am a whole food person who cares about real ingredients and she makes sourdough RIGHT! Her bread is carefully fermented using imported organic wheat. Everything she makes starts from this basic ferment. It’s rare to find bakers who do this!! My daughter cannot handle gluten but she easily tolerates the bread made here. Paula loves what she does, and that love is poured into every loaf and crafted pastry sold. That’s why she sells out day after day, and there’s a line to get in at opening with all those hoping to get what they haven’t ordered ahead on the website. This place is a hidden gem in Brevard county…Chefs kiss!
