Great first time experience at Cento. My husband and I both got pizzas. I got the Margherita and he got the Triple Threat. We also got a house salad with some modifications. We were impressed with each of the items of ordered. We both are gluten free and really enjoyed the crust on the pizza. They did a great job making it as close to regular crust as possible. The pomegranate mustard salad dressing was fabulous, too. I have been disappointed by many gluten free pizza crusts but was happily surprised with Cento. The service and atmosphere was nice too. I wish I had taken photos because the food was very presentable too.
