Makes me sad to have to write kind of a bad review but here I am. I drive over and hour to get my groceries at natural grocers in Lincoln. I spend alot of money there as my diet is gluten and dairy free & I’m a nutritionist. Ever since they switched the light bulbs in the store, it’s WAY too bright and sets off my migraines and I get dizzy so I have to stop shopping there. Most people with chronic illness prefer to shop at natural grocers for healing purposes but when you put strong LED lights that are blinding in your store, it is not good for those who struggle with health issues. Please consider going back to the lights you had before. For now I have to go to Whole Foods :(

My food was great. I only had a small issue with my granddaughter. She is very young and gets sick as she has celiac. Lunch was fine, as she had a GF bun. Couldn't get fries due to cross contamination, so she had steamed broccoli. All was good until she went up for her free ice cream. They had a snickers ice cream. She asked if it was gluten free, they said yes. It's not a good thing she knows that real snickers aren't GF (she thought it would have been a deconstructed snickers). Anyway, she didn't eat it, they replaced it with vanilla. Thanks for the adjustment, but please, be careful.

There is no other place in Lincoln that does Southern style cooking so well. And they were even have gluten-free options for my wife.
We had to wait to get seated, no problem with that, but then we waited for our server. Not just a minute or two. It was 5-10 minutes after we were seated. We ordered drinks and food and waited at least 10 minutes to get out drinks. We finished our meal but hadn't seen our server for sometime. When she finally arrived with the check, I had my card out and gave it to her right away. Then we waited to get it back. We watched another table with a different server get cleaned, seated, eat, pay, leave, the table cleaned and seated AGAIN, before we got out. This was a Saturday, and they had light entertainment with a fellow playing guitar and singing, so we were at least entertainment while we waited. It was still longer than we expected a meal anywhere else to take.
Go for the great Southern style food, but be prepared to wait if you get the wrong server.
