I want to start by stating I believe I showed up during their rush. I placed an order ahead of time and pulled up to the drive up window and waited for about 10 minutes while they prepared an order ahead of me. Mine was ready when I pulled up. Would recommend parking and walking in to prevent being delayed, there is no way to get out once you pull up in line. They forgot my side of sauce and did not toast the bread, as I requested. Ended up going inside to get the sauce but didn’t request a new sandwich because I figured it would take awhile and ended up just toasting the bread at home. Interacted with two different staff members. They were not rude, but definitely did not have a pleasant demeanor. Like I said I did arrive during a rush, but the service was subpar. I will say I definitely appreciate the gluten free options, but will likely try a few other places before giving this place another shot.
Chill, modern vibe with natural light and a lush plant corner creates a welcoming space ideal for gluten-free diners. The cafe offers customizable bowls and a variety of gluten-free options, complemented by friendly, professional hospitality for a truly inclusive experience.

Hands down, E+Rose is one of the best! I highly recommend the establishment for their high quality food and drinks in a chill and modern atmosphere with friendly, professional hospitality. Although it’s vegan, people with almost any diet can find a menu item for their meal because it’s so good. I enjoy their Giddy Up Iced Latte and Pro Bowl. The Super Caesar Salad, Lettuce Wraps, and Rawcos hit the spot! The selection of pastries from Morsel, a local gluten free bakery, remains a great breakfast—or any time of day—treat. For sure, give it a go!

I want to warn anyone else with celiacs that you will no longer be served at this restaurant.
I used to enjoy Dicey’s Tavern and have always been able to inform them I have Celiacs disease and eat their gluten free pizza without issue. This is why my family and I chose to eat there recently, only to be told they have changed their policy and will no longer serve food to customers with celiacs due to the risk of liability, as they cannot guarantee the food would be free from cross contamination. Honestly, as someone with celiacs, cross contamination is a risk I take literally anywhere I eat outside of my own home, so I told them I was ok with the risk and would still like to order food. I’m pregnant, hungry, and sharing food with my toddler. The waitress took my order. A little bit later the manager came up and asked me what was wrong, which was a strange way to approach us. I said nothing was wrong. She continued to probe and eventually said we will not be making your pizza. We have a new policy that says we will not make food for someone with celiacs. I confirmed with her that even though I was made fully aware of the risks, they still would not make me any food.
I understand restaurants are likely legally entitled to refuse to serve food in this situation, however, I have never experienced this anywhere else before. At the least, a manager has always tried to help me find something I could safely eat, like a salad perhaps. This manager did not approach me with any kindness, empathy, or apology for the inconvenience caused by the new policy. In fact, I felt like I was being treated like I was in the wrong and ultimately I told her I did not want to discuss it further. Our waitress then changed tables despite the fact that I had not been rude or disrespectful to either her or the manager. Again making me feel further like I was somehow in the wrong for having a disease (which I certainly did not choose, do not enjoy having, and is actually recognized by the ADA as a disability). It is rightfully frustrating when a restaurant I have eaten at many times before changes their policy, and I would expect significantly better customer service and communication in such a situation.
Obviously, myself and my entire family will never be returning to this restaurant.

Not only is this easily the best Indian restaurant I have ever been to, but this is my favorite meal I have had in 2024 thus far. Lisa was a hardworking server with great recommendations and an enthusiastic energy for the food.
The Manchurian cauliflower had us practically licking the plate at the end and the lamp chops were Michelin star level at a not so Michelin star price. I am so grateful to Nashville Hidden Gems for introducing me to this restaurant on Instagram. I can’t wait to bring everyone I know here. :-)
P.S. If you have Celiac or are gluten intolerant, they have plenty of options for you. <3
