So good! I have a number of dietary restrictions but really miss eating pizza. After reading the reviews, we decided to try San's and it was delicious! The gluten free crust is a great texture and flavor. It does have herbs in it, which add to the flavor, but be aware if you're allergic. I can't have cheese made from cow's milk but can eat goat's cheese. I had the Garlic Mushroom pizza and instead of the ricotta and mozzarella cheeses, I added spinach and kalamata olives. The chef was sure to load me up with goat cheese. I can't wait to go back and have it again! Delicious!

Not celiac safe or allergy safe.
We clearly communicated the need for gluten free due to an allergy. The server informed the kitchen and they said they would do their best but couldn't make any guarantees. We usually leave when a place doesn't have strong GF handling, but we'd heard good things about this one. My wife found the wrong noodle halfway through her pasta dish, stopped eating and pointed it out to the server. We basically got a shoulder shrug.
Such a lovely restaurant otherwise. There are several restaurants in town that have clearly marked menus and great allergen protocols.

The quality of the food has steadily decreased over the last several months. We went tonight and ordered 2 starters and two meals. The starters were the bacon wrapped dates and the mushrooms with goat cheese. They were decent. My wife ordered pasta bolognese (gluten free). It came out quickly, pasta was pretty al dente and the ragu was fair. I ordered a Cuban sandwich which took forever to get. In fact, my wife was able to eat her entire menu and we had to ask for my sandwich and just took it to go. It was also fair at best. For a $100 bill, they could do much better. It’s one more place we will add to the list to not visit. It’s too expensive to get meh food and have to wait for it.

It was really busy when we arrived but fast service and a good queuing service where you could see the labelled baked goods so you knew what to order when you got to the counter. Loads of delicious looking options but only a couple of gluten-free options. Friendly and efficient staff. I got an apple and walnut bun which wasn't that well flavoured overall.
