Excellent food, with options for everyone (not spicy, with spicy), but all with very good flavor. Clearly labeled with/without gluten, with/without lactose, vegetarian options, etc.
great service and atmosphere!
server helped guide me with my gluten free restrictions - we ended up getting the pad thai w fish, spring rolls, and a sushi roll. cocktails were great as well 🍹

Nice people who speak great English. Super fast delivery! But the food was not great. We ordered pizzas, some regular ones and some gluten-free/vegan ones. The regulars were average, and the gluten free ones were the worst gluten free pizzas we had ever eaten honestly, and very expensive. I hate to say that, but for our taste, that's the truth. 😢
Known for its amazing and diverse menu, this spot offers a unique blend of tasty options but expect a bit of a wait for your order.

A little pricey but I'm not surprised in this town especially for organic food. Also, the lunch menu is much bigger than the dinner menu but it wasn't available at dinner time which was a little annoying. But the food was great. I was happy to find gluten free pasta here.
Unique vibes and a diverse menu keep everyone happy, plus the pizza dough here is seriously a standout, making it a must-visit!

I ate a gluten-free pizza which costs an extra 3500 CRC but was delicious. I ask for contamination. They said, they cook it in the same oven, but they’ll clean the tray and everything. So I ate it and had no symptoms afterwards. It also came on a wooden plate, which is also a contamination risk, but for me it was fine that day. Maybe they use these plates only for the gluten-free pizzas.
The staff was really friendly and explained everything with patience.
Bright and inviting spot perfect for remote work, offering delicious drinks and a cozy vibe that feels like home.

I work remotely and, thanks to some newly diagnosed medical conditions, I need to find meals that are low sugar and gluten free. Guayoyo to the rescue! It is bright, clean space with just the right amount of people-watching and music when I need a break from my work. The staff is always great about letting me take up space with my laptop and making me the most delicious iced and hot teas (with honey!).
My go-to dish is the Tuna Salad made with quinoa and garbanzo beans. I didn't even know I liked garbanzo beans and now I'm obsessed with them. I try stay away from the baked good because of the gluten, but the blueberry muffins and banana bread are worth having my tummy scream at me later.
This is a must-do when you just want a relaxing space that feels a little homey.

A great find in La fortuna! The interior decor is soo pretty and its located just a little bit outside the main downtown area. The menu was not super big but had many great gluten free options that were clearly marked. My family tried their ceviche, shrimp rice, grilled chicken bowl and Inca salmon. Most entrees came with two accompaniments, I would recommend the salad, the dressing was so good!
This spot is a hidden gem with a romantic garden, lovely lighting, and a charming ambiance that keeps visitors coming back for more.

We came here for a birthday dinner with 10 people. The staff was awesome and really helpful in every way. Most of the menu is gluten free or can be gluten free. Also they label vegan options. Our waiter, Macarena was super lovely!

Excellent place. Best pizza you will find. So much parking if you need it, parking is also available along the street. The pizza oven is large enough to accommodate regular pizza and gluten free pizza even in the same oven! Great atmosphere and garden. Drinks are excellent. Highly recommend!
Unbeatable quality with fresh, crispy pizza and a great selection of toppings; locals keep coming back for more!

Best pizza in Costa Rica!
We eat there almost every week - so far the quality has been absolutely unbeatable! Great service, friendly communication, very flexible and very hard working! The pizzas (and starters) are very fresh, crispy, thin base, great selection of fresh and very good quality toppings... plenty of toppings, including imported sausages, vegetarian and gluten-free options... simply great!
Big recommendation!

Finally something decent to eat in this country..
Good GF pizza, great GF pasta (recommending the tomato and mozzarella sauce), nice servers and what would've been a nice view if it wasn't dark out.
Only dissapiontment is the additional cherge for the gluten free (1,500 colones for the 2 dishes).
Expect a fantastic ambiance with impressive presentation and service that keeps guests coming back for more.

Stopped in for a late lunch (kitchen closes at 2 pm on Sundays) and the team squeezed our order in. Extremely gluten free friendly and the food was amazing. I got the Tuna tartar and a passion fruit mango smoothie and I’ll be going back tomorrow.
